Every one was having fun during prom, till the announcer mentions that the prom king and queen are about to be introduced.

  "The prom queen is Ashley, and the king is Javion!" the announcer says to the croud. every one gives them a round of apoloze. then all of a sudden ashley starts crying.

Ashleys pov

I knew I was going to get picked. My mom would kill me if I didn't. When I walked up onto the stage, my eyes started to get blurry cause of the tears. I put the tears onto my ' crown'.

javions pov

  When we walked up onto the stage, she started to cry. I got worried about her. then I saw something weird. she took her tears and put them on her crown.

Ashleys pov (again😑)

  the announcer told us to do a dance, so we slow danced together. I had a huge crush on javion, but now... I feel nothing towards him. its weird. usually whenever I touch him... I just... turn red. but this time, I didnt.

  when I was dancing I felt my eyes getting heavier. then everything turned black. all I saw was darkness.

  javions pov

  we was dancing, then I saw her starting to close her eyes for a long period of time them opened them back up. then all of a sudden, she fell asleep on me. It was amazing. she was so beautiful when she was sleeping. But... how does she stay this beautifl?

  I sat her down on a chair, then she started to cry. she was acually crying in her sleep. then she started to sleep talk. "but... mom..." she sadly says in her sleep. "i... dont-" after she said thoughs last words she walked up screaming "DONT!"

  She scared the shit out of everyone in the gym.

Ashleys pov

  I woke up on a chair screaming "DONT!" I was so scared. then I saw javion. "Are you ok Ash?" his voice was so calm, and soothing. "yea... I'm fine..." I always say that. even when I'm not fine.

I decided to go home and sleep. when I got home, my mom was standing at the for waiting for me. "Did you become prom queen?" she asked.

  god I hate it when she makes me be something im not. "yep!" I try to stay cheerful, as I put on a fake smile. "good now go to bed, worthless brat."

  you see my mom hates me. I don't know why. she just does. as I get ready for bed, I hear a knock on my door. "IN A MINUTE!" I yelled. I hurried ip and changed into some comfy sweatpants and hoodie.

  I open the door to see my dad. he was drunk. again. "dad... your drinking again." everytime he drank she would abuse me. "who gives a living shit if I am!" while he says that. he slaps me. right across my face. but surprisingly, I didnt cry.

  the next morning I put on a pear of ripped blue jeans, and a tank top on, and a put a long sleeve plag shirt around my waist.
