《People don't change Hinata》just like that he closed the gym door behind him and dissapeared.
I opened my eyes and found the clock on the floor, two minutes before the alarm rang. A new record.
'It's been a while since I had that dream' I thought. Again I woke up sweating. From time to time I remember the end of our friendship.
The end of my unrequited love for Kageyama.
The end of Karasuno.
I'm Hinata Shoyo, I'm 24, single. I work at Ukai-san's convenience store and in a Kindergarten. 8 years ago we lost against Shiratorizawa, not long after that... Kageyama decided to quit, we fought and I got an injured. The team was never the same and after the senpais graduated, we weren't able to pass the regionals.
Now everyone's lives are completely opposite: some went to Tokyo, others went to other prefectures and some like me stay here stuck.
We keep in touch, sometimes we chat or grab a beer. We moved on and continue with our lifes more or less. The thing we never talk about is Kageyama. I moved on and tried to date someone but it wasn't possible.
I guess I need to find an idiot like him.
After staying in Ukai-san's store organizing, I went to the kindergarten.
"Senpai, sorry for being late" I apologized.
Oh right! I work in the kindergarten run by Sugawara senpai. Daichi senpai comes to help us sometimes, he works near by. They are roomates but somehow I feel like there's something going on between them.
"It's alright Hinata, why don't you take care of the kids while I do the laundry?" He smiled
Sugawara senpai is so nice.
Later at night I took my bike and went back home, I still live with my parents since I want to save some money before I get out
"Nii-chan, there's a letter for you. Maybe is a receipt" my lil sis handed it to me.
"Please don't" I prayed. I mostly safe money and don't really waste it, sometimes I buy some videogames but aside from that there shouldn't be any problems
