levi's pov
i woke up feeling sluggish as usual. though i was now leaving Trost to Shiganshina to visit the princess. Petra Ral.
i heard she was quite the talker. yet again. i didn't want to marry her. thus. i have to.
"Prince?" erwin says walking into my room with my bags. "yes?"
"your plane has arrived sir."
i sigh and left to the plane. we arrived in Shiganshina. it was quite beautiful actually. something i could get used to.
"ah! he's arrived!"
"petra is so lucky!"
"levi! we love you!"
i gave a small smile. then continued to my room in Petra's castle.
"ah! he's here daddy!" i heard her squeal as if she was one of the girls outside my plane.
"pleased to meet you." i say kneeling down ugh. the dirty floor yet again.
i kissed her knuckles and stood back up. her face flushed a pinkish red. per usual.
after we ate dinner we decided to travel the city but i blended in with the people.
"sir i don't think this is safe." erwin says and i scoff "everything isn't safe to you." i say and walk around town
"hey hey hey fellas." a voice says and pulls me into this dark alley. i quickly pull out my
knife ready to attack the person.
"woah woah. calm down sir. i am the voodoo doll. or also known as Moblit." he says and i put my knife away.
"nice to meet you? why did you drag me here."
"well.." he says making a table and three chair appear. "i heard about you and your buddies future. and wanted to tell you how they go." he says and Erwin sat down just as confused
"ok." i say and a deck of cards lay themselves out. i and erwin each picked three
"now. your born in a wealthy family. thus you have none of that money , your buddy old pal here was forced to work by his entire family for money."
i nod and look up at Moblit "what do i have to do?" i ask and he smirked poking my finger hard enough to draw blood.
"i hope your ready." he whispered and everything went black.
damn. why do i listen to my head instead of my gut.
* Eren's pov *
another beautiful day to begin working closer and closer to my dream.
i went to my job at the bakery and began passing out food drinks and cakes and other sweet treats.
"here you are sir." i say with a smile and he thanked me giving me a tip along with a wink
i blush and left to continue.
"eren! eren! eren are you here?!" i heard Armin and Mikassa call and i turn to face them with a laugh
"of course im here, whats up?"
"look! prince levi of trost is coming here!" they said and i laugh i mean he was really cute. but he'd never notice me. a regular boy who just works at a dinner to save up for a art studio
it's okay though. i'm surpassing my limits. and hey i could be wrong maybe he would notice me.
"come on! you gotta show your art to everyone at Petra's ball!" mikassa says and armin giggled at her excitement
i sigh and roll my eyes. yes i would not mind but im sure no one would like them as much as my friends do.
"fine i'll do it. but if he doesn't notice then there is no more trying." i say and they squealed yet again
i laugh and they left quickly to hurry and find me an outfit for the party. i mean i've never met Petra- i mean now formally known as princess Petra
i was done with work and left home that night to get ready. painted a few of my favorite paintings that i have created and decided to bring them.
mikassa and armin picked me up and made me dress up
"woah..you look..amazing!" mikassa says and i saw armin blush. he's always had a crush on me. just never really spoke on it.
"t-thanks guys.." i say softly and looked at myself in the mirror they put a crown on my head and fixed my hair
i mean hey. i looked great. they both then left to get food down by the dance floor i watched as they did and laughed at their childish sides
"man. the sky is beautiful tonight..as if it's shining on for this special night." i say out loud just lost in my thoughts.
"damn. i believe your right." a voice says and i look down and see...
