Distant Voice: HELP! SOMEBODY HELP ME!

Dovahkiin: WHO'S THERE?

Distant Voice: I'M TRAPPED HERE AND I CAN'T GET OUT. IF YOU'VE COME HERE FOR TREASURE I CAN HELP YOU. I KNOW HOW TO UNLOCK THE REST OF THE TOMB JUST PLEASE SAVE ME!

Dovahkiin: I'M COMING

I walk into the room where the voice was coming from and I was disgusted by the sight. The entire room was covered with spiderwebs with the corpses of skeevers and people littering the placed wrapped in cocoons of web. All the corpses were blackened with others signs of decay and had disheveled faces making all of the figures nearly unrecognizable. Luckily, I managed to find out that the voice was coming from a dunmer man on the other side of the room wrapped in a web cocoon against the wall. I was gonna simply cut him down, but something didn't seem right. There are webs and corpses everywhere, but not a single Frostbite Spider in site. I decided to approach with caution when something fell from the massive hole in the roof.

I giant Frostbite Spider landed right in front of me. Ones this large are rare to come across. It landed onto the ground with a thud proving that it had some weight. It arms ready to strike at me with its sword-like arms and showing off its fangs dripping with green venom.

Dovahkiin: If this doesn't give me arachnophobia, then I don't know what will. Alright, you wanna eat something? THEN COME AND GET A PIECE OF ME YOU BASTARD! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

TIMESKIP

Dovahkiin POV

By the Nine, everything hurts. It took practically everything I got to kill it. Its poison would still seep into my veins even with my shield. I would just attack close up with my sword and sometimes shoot flames from my hands, but at least the flame made it panic and damaged it.

???: Thank you! Thank you for saving me.

Dovahkiin: No problem, would you mind telling me your name?

???: Yes, it's Arvel the Swift

Wait, this is Arvel?! I should've let him get eaten instead. Whatever, I'll just keep an eye on him until he tries to double cross me. I guess I need him...for now.

Arvel: Thanks for helping me, but...

Arvel had tried to stab me with a dagger, but I saw right through his lie and grabbed his wrist with my hand. I then tried to concentrate some fire magic on my hand and I burned his wrist to charred black. I then let go of him to take out my sword and thrust right through his chest

Arvel: AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH h-how did y-you.

Dovahkiin: Looks like you're not that swift afterall.

I dislodge my sword from his chest and he did have the Golden Claw and a journal he wrote. It appears this journal talks about a secret power hidden inside the barrow. I think I should investigate this. I continued on into a room full of dead bodies all laying down in spaces big enough to fit a person embedded into the walls. Some of the bodies appear to have armor and weapons while some don't. Hell, even some of the spaces don't have bodies to store. WHAT THE?!
