I just turned 22 when it happened. Support groups after support groups. One after another. It really does get irritating after you can't find a group that can help you with your problem.

My problem your wondering.. Well my problem was my girlfriend cheated on me. With our boss. While I was in a different state.

Oh yeah I was depressed. And yeah people get depressed all the time but I never thought my girlfriend of 7 years would ever do that to me. Would you?

So yeah. I needed a support group. Anyways after searching for one that could actually help me heal for about 3 weeks, I finally found one. It was called "Ms. Sarah's help center". Even though it wasn't exactly a support group. It was more like the speaker (Sarah) would talk to a whole crowd of 150-200 people about things like "The hardships of life". The thing that caught my eye was the topic of the month she was going to talk about next. It was titled "cheaters". And I thought I might as well give it a go. The flyer said it was meetings Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's. Sounded more like a job then actual healing but honestly what more do I have to lose?

Monday morning at 8:00 am. I go to Ms. Sarah's healing center. I show up at the building and man was it big. I swear it was put smack dab in the middle of New York. I walk to the entrance and see a very large gentlemen standing by the door. "Is this some kind of secret facility I'm not aloud to enter sir?" I asked the gentlemen. Who cares if I'm a smart ass, I don't care about anything anymore. "You can enter" the large man exclaimed. "Why thank you fine sir!" I say in a mocking tone and go inside.

I walk in and the first thing I see is a sign that says "Ms. Sarah's healing center this way". I walk through the long hallway the sign was leading to and I enter a huge room with hundreds of seats and a stage towards the front of the room. There are probably about 100 people who are already here and seated. Quiet, and waiting patiently for Ms. Sarah. I walk towards the front of the room and take a seat in the row closest to the stage.

I wait.

There is a middle Aged lady sitting a seat away from me.

"It's already 8:12, is she Always this late?" I say to the lady.

She stares at me for a about 10 seconds and looks away like she didn't hear anything.

Really loving my life right now.

By 8:30 the room is packed full and Ms. Sarah finally comes up to the stage.

She is wearing a black tube skirt with a black and blue blouse. She has short brown hair, and brown eyes.

When she walks up to the mic everything is quiet and all you can hear is her blue heels clicking against the wood stage until she reaches the mic.

"Welcome my lovely crowd! I am very excited about the start of this months subject and am also very sorry about the half hour wait. I was caught in mid morning traffic." She implied. "If you there are any newcomers this month I would like you to stand so I can introduce myself".

Myself and about 20 other people stand up.

"Great! My names Sarah Carter, and I would like to thank you for coming this morning"

There are many mumbles of the 20 people saying "sure" and "no problem" or "your welcome".

I just nod and sit back down.

For the next hour or so Ms. Sarah talks about cheaters and how cruel it is for them to do what they do to us like cheaters are a separate group in our community.

Towards the end (around 9:15) I'm getting tired of listening to her voice and am getting ready to get up, give up, and go back home. But before I grab my jacket she says something that caught my attention.

"This Friday I would like you to bring the person who cheated on you, if it's happened to you, here to the group". Sarah says.

I raise my hand forgetting about my before thoughts of leaving and wait to be called on.

"Yes! You in the plaid shirt?" Sarah gestures towards me.

I say "What is bringing our cheating ex's to the group going to do? Give them a chance to explain why they did what they did like we are going to forgive them? Because if that's your intent. Then you might as well excuse me from this program."

"No of course that is not my intent. I simply want them to explain to the group and myself why. What made them do what they did. And let us understand how stupid it was."

I stare at her for a second and think. If I could just get Lauren (my ex) to come here, maybe she will realize what she did and I can try to forgive her And move on.

"Fantastic! Then I will be seeing you this Friday with my ex girlfriend"

And I leave the building.
