✔Cloud Recesses

The residence of the Lan Family is located in cloud-capped mountains, Gusu is the country's highest city mountain, in Jiangnan Area, lending a cool yet pristine ambiance.

As it most commonly known as "The Country that kissed the Clouds"
At its highest peak, Lies a Campus building wrapped in mists and clouds, perfectly complementing it's name- the "Cloud Recesses"

In such a tranquil place, Only the echoes of the school bell could be heard vibrating through the air.

However, the quiet place was ruined by a cheerful cries of laughter, disturbing the students who were studying or in the middle of their group meeting. They couldn't help but to glance at the direction of the main entrance where the sound came from.

Wei Wuxian was laughing in front of the entrance, on his knees. Jiang Cheng spoke. "I am never going to wake you up again!"

Wei Wuxian brush his hair up and grinned. "Huh...Suit yourself. Ah! Shijie, do you have a tie?"

Jiang Yanli giggled, "Here, you can use my red ribbon"

Wei Wuxian grinned, "Thank you, Shijie!"

Jiang Yanli faced the two of them. "A-Cheng, A-xian, We are now here. Do behave yourself."

Jiang Cheng, "You should be telling that to Wei Wuxian, he's the only one causing troubles."

Wei Wuxian turned a deaf ear and walked up to his shijie, "Shijie, let us go there together"

Jiang Yanli gently shooked her head. "No need, I can go there by myself"

Jiang Cheng, "Well, Shijie see you later."

Jiang Yanli bid them goodbye, and went inside the school with a few of her gal friends.

"Ah! Wei-xiong, jiang-xiong, over here" Somebody called.

The two hurriedly went over to Nie HuaiSang who was waiting for them.

Suddenly Wei Wuxian declared, "Why did Uncle enrolled us here? Do I not seem decent enough as of right now?"

Jiang Cheng replied with a great deal of fore sight, "Hmmph, you should be ashamed of yourself. Apparently, you are still not. So that is why we are here."

Nie Huaisang spoke. "You guys are from the Lotus Pillar, in Yunmeng, right? Is it fun in there?"

Wei Wuxian laughed, "That's depends on how fun you make it to be. Good thing they have less rules than here."

He sat on a bench somewhere on the hall, resting his right leg over his left. "The only problem is waking up early in the morning"

Nie Huaisang asked, "Really? School starts at 7:30 and dismissal at 5:00. What exactly is not fair?"

"Eh?... that's too early" Wei Wuxian exclaimed.

Jiang Cheng humphed, "On weekends, He wakes up in the afternoon then he stays up late until 3. Then all he does everyday, is play Glory Expert at Happy Internet Cafe"

Wei Wuxian replied, "Ha! No matter what, I'm still on top!"

Nie Huaisang spoke, "Wah! That does sounds a lot of fun. Next year, I'm definitely go to Lotus Pillar to study!"

A friend of his spoke, "Nobody would stop you, but your older brother might be"

It was as if a bucket of cold water was thrown on him, the boy drooped at once.

Wei Wuxian spoke, "To be honest, I'm having a lot of fun here in Gusu. Though, it's a bit cold...brr"

Nie HuaiSang spoke, "Just a reminder, The Cloud Recesses is nothing like the Lotus Pillar you mentioned. Here in Campus, be aware of one person here whom you shouldn't provoke."
