Chapter 11 ''I'm Getting Old...'Very''

I don't know what he meant by mothafluffing and biatch. But dad??

"My dad?"

"Yeah. That one guy, Steven."

"He's not my dad. He's my neighbor."

"Oh, seriously. You guys look so alike, if it weren't for your eyes. I thought he was your dad."

"No. He's not, but he might as well be my second dad."

"I say we tickle him up,"

"How about if we dump water on his face?"

"How about if we do both?"

Gerardo and I thought for a moment. "Yeah!"

"I have a few in the back of my car I'll tell which car is mine while I carry him over there."

"Fine."

"The red one over there," He said when we were walking. I stood next to the car while Gerardo leaned Stevey onto the car. He took out is keys and opened the trunk of his car. He got a water bottle and unscrewed the cap. I put my hands near his stomach, ready to start tickling him.

"On the count of three," he said.

"Okay...one, two,....three!!"

I instantly started tickling him, meanwhile Gerardo was pouring water down his face and shirt.

He woke up coughing and laughing at the same time. He spat water out and it almost landed on me. A very close call.

"Hahaha...stap! Hahahahahahaha...(spits water)..I'm not...hahaha...in the...army...hahaha. This...hahahahahahaha....is torture...staaaaaaap! Hahahaha!"

By this point, Gerardo and I were howling with laughter. That was sincerely just priceless. His laugher sounded like a witch! It was so hilarious! I think I just might've gained another day in my life.

You know what they say. If you laugh for fifteen minutes a day, you gain one more day of life.

I just might be immortal.

"Do you have an extra shirt or something that I can borrow?"

"Nah I've got nothing in this red baby. Sorry bro."

Steven scowled at Gerardo and I started laughing. That face does not suit him. He looks like those cats at are always grouchy.

"Well we're going to go now. Let's go, Alexis."

"Okay! Bye, Gerardo!"

"Lates. Ey, Steven. Here, you guys seem chill. It's my number." He handed Steven a sheet of paper with numbers.

"Okay, cool. Bye."

He hesitantly got the sheet of paper and shoved it in his black leather jackets pocket.

Someone doesn't like Gerardo...

When we were in the car Steven was quiet.

"Stevey?"

"Hmm?"

"Why are you so quiet?"

"Why are you so hyper? You could've gotten killed by those men."

"But I didn't."

"But you could've."

"But I didn't."

"But you could've!"

"But I didn't! Thanks to Gerardo I'm not hurt or anything."

"Sure."

"Yeah he helped me, and I helped him, while you were unconscious."

"Okay fine. I guess I can give the guy a chance."

"That's what I thought." I said, crossing my arms triumphantly.

Well, I guess I can give him a chance. He did save Alexis.

Maybe I'll call him. Someday. Maybe.

But then something else clicked in my mind.

"Blonde?" I said.

"Yeah?"

"How do you know such a big word like unconscious."

"Okay. I get that I'm young but c'mon that's an easy word."

"I actually didn't learn what that word was until I was like twelve or thirteen."

"That's why it's all about the 21st century, man."

"Touché... I'm getting old."

"Very." She giggled.

Hi 🙈 I am even disappointed on myself 👎 instead of two weeks it was two months 😫 but let me explain myself

1.) I had started staying afterschool for football practice for a game I lost and that was three weeks. 😭🏈💛
2.) I have been tremendously busy. 💼
