The Distant Future

"Your time has come Majin Buu!" The fusion known as Vegito stated, holding Buu up by the energy sword piercing the pink menace. "No...No!! Today is not my day Freak!!" Buu retorted. "Call me what you want, at least I don't have a pink banana on my head" Vegito chuckled, "Buunana!!!" Vegito giggled at his own joke, losing focus.

Buu took note of this and slipped away while the fusion was distracted with his own comic relief. Vegito opens his eyes and notices that Buu is no longer there. "Huh? Where's Buubblegum butt?" Vegito joked again, but slightly more serious.

Buu had snuck off and started running on land as to not make his power level detectable, "just a little farther and I can end this planet without that saiyan abomination on my ass." Buu said to himself.

Vegito was unable to sense Buu's energy at all, he must have figured out how to suppress it after he absorbed Gohan Gotenks and Piccolo. "Dammit, this is bad...who knows what he'll do once he gets away!" Vegito stated "I shouldn't have been so arrogant!! Well...that's Dragon Ball characters I guess" Vegito added looking at you.

Buu finally got enough space between them to go through with his plan. He raised his hand and charged a dark pink energy ball. "Now to rid the universe of planet Earth!!" He exclaimed. Vegito sensed the energy ball and used instant transmission to teleport near him. "Buu!! No!!"Vegito calls out, but it was too late.

Buu had already launched the ball with enough force to hit the center of the Earth. The ground started to break and Lava burst out from the ground. "No!!! You Bastard!!!" Vegito yelled out at Buu who was laughing like the monster he is.

A mysterious woman appeared near Vegito and grabbed his shirt. "What the?!" Is all he could say before he and the woman teleported to a strange planet.

Vegito was freaking out, "Wh-What happened?! Where am I?! Where's Buu?!"

"Calm down Vegito, I'll explain everything to you, ok?" The woman said in a soothing tone, calming Vegito slightly.

"Alright, I'm listening..." Vegito said. "I am the Supreme kai of time, i keep track of all of the timelines of the multiverse, and you're timeline is in danger. A woman named Towa is going through the timelines and changing them, but I'm afraid I wasn't fast enough to save your planet.  I'm sorry for that...but I know few people who may be able to help if you're willing to try." The Kai explained

"If it means I can save my timeline, then I'm up for it!" Vegito exclaimed.
"I thought you'd say that. Now, before I can let you go to this timeline, I have to give you these." The Kai took her earrings off, and gave them to Vegito. "I'm promoting you to temporary supreme kai, this way you won't be limited by the regular earrings, and when everything is over you'll split into Goku and Vegeta again."

"Sounds like a win-win situation to me." Vegito took off his yellow potara earrings and put on the green ones. "What timeline am i going to anyway?" He asked.

"The golden era of you future, 6 years from your timeline's present." The kai said. "When you get there you'll see soke familiar faces, so try not to freak out"

A portal opened up behind Vegito, he hesitated for a second before going through it.

Where has the Supreme kai of time sent Vegito?
Who will be his ally in this timeline crossing adventure?
