Now sure, this is elementary school, so how serious can a relationship be, right? Well, I suppose we'll start at the beginning.

Back in Kindergarten, there was this girl. She had beautiful blonde hair, striking blue eyes, and was the most social butterfly I have met to this day. I would come home from school every day, and just rant and rave about her to my parents, because what else is a 4- almost 5-year-old supposed to do? You're young, you're scared to confess your feelings to the person you have these feelings for. I maintained this crush for two years, and never told her. Then came the last day of first grade, when she told everyone in our class she would be moving, and would not be attending school at this district anymore. I was sad that she left, but she has since became an outstanding individual, and I wish I could have gotten to know her more.

Now here comes second grade, and I met another girl, almost as breathtaking as the one mentioned above. I had now grown much more confident in expressing my feelings, and told her I thought she was quite adorable, and that I wanted to get to know her more. So, we hung out at school, ate our lunch together, and played together at recess. We talked for as long as we possibly could, even got in trouble for talking in class. Whoops. Eventually, I told her I liked her, and she confessed she liked me as well. We dated for the next few weeks, and eventually, we split. And that was the end of it, or so I thought at the time. We still had feelings for each other in third grade, but with how things were going in our lives at that time, decided it would be best to stay friends. We did until she left at the end of the year. Hadn't talked to her since she left.  Fast forward to late 2017, where I finally came back into touch with her. We are now great friends once more. Should probably message her soon and see if she's doing well.

Third grade, what a time. Met someone, she was quite adorable as well. We had a thing, not even sure what to consider it. We were always with each other. Figured out we lived rather close, and saw her all the time. I was consistently at her house, cook outs with the family, hanging out with her. Hell, even stayed the night a few times over the time we had this thing. On her birthday, she invited my whole family over for a cookout, and of course we all went. Well, at 4:42 PM in August of 2008, for the first time ever, I kissed a girl. It was only on her cheek, but at the time, it was a massive step. Jump forward another 2 months, and we were in October of our fourth grade year. We kissed at recess, sitting under an old play set that we had. End of that school year, she moved away. Damn it, they always move away. Recently got back in touch with her, right around this time last year. Haven't talked to her since the beginning of the year.

Fifth grade, oh buddy, what a time. Just after spring break, I first heard about what sex was. And wow, was I shocked. Well, a girl I had a thing for since the beginning of the school year, told me she had a thing for me while we were in math class. She told me by writing it on the back of my notebook. And at the time, I wasn't sure if I wanted to be with her, so I thought about it, and told her I'd tell her the next day, and she said alright. Well, I go to tell her, and it flopped. She ended up getting together with my best friend. They ended up splitting before entering middle school.
