Oversized walking lizards??

As I promised here is another chapter. Votes and comments are very welcome.

The three of us stand back to back as another five came out of nowhere and surround us. The man in front of me hiss something in the man beside him who hiss in reply. Are they having a conversations? If they are,well they have a weird communicating method in talking. Maybe they're from cult or something.

"Mom who are they? And why are they hissing at each other? Are they in some kind of cult?" I whispered to mom but didn't take my eyes off the men in front of me. I have a gut feeling that if I take my eyes off them even in a split second I'm dead.

"They're not from some cult Lillian. They're sent here to kill us. You in particular." She said and I hear a fear in her voice. Fear for me not her then the words registered on my brain.

"Why in the freaking hell would they want to kill me? I don't even know any of them?" I said at her.

"Language young lady." She said.

"My language? You're going to lecture me in a time like this?" I asked her incredulously. I feel her shrug beside me.

"You're my daughter."

"Unbelievable." I said as I roll my eyes.

"Ladies,concentrate." My father said reminding me of the situation were in.

The men then transform into something lizard like. An oversized lizard that is standing in two feet.

"What the hell?" I shrieked and the walking lizards hiss at me.

"Be calm. Strike them in the heart or decapitate them." My father said as if he is just reading instructions in cooking pancake(trust me he need that).

"Right. Calm. How in the hell am I going to calm down!!" I shrieked at him.

"Don't raise your voice on your father." My mother said in reprimanding tone. Suddenly the anger replace my panic.

"You're not my parents." I said as I run to the walking lizard in front of me and I stab it in the heart. They're beg so they're slow and I took out another two. If you don't already know,my parents enrolled me in different kind of self defense classes so I can do what I can do. I look behind me to find mom and dad fighting a much faster lizard. They look like they're just dancing. Soon the nine of the lizards are on the ground. They didn't even break a sweat while I on the other hand is sweating like there's no tomorrow.

"Are you okay?" My dad asked me. I nodded.

"What are they?" I asked them. They look at each other as if silently communicating if they want to explained it to me. I groaned mentally.

"Come on just spit it out. Don't you think I have the right to know because you said that I'm practically the one they want to kill?!" I shouted at them,not caring if anyone other than us hear me. They stay silent and walk inside the house while I stood there.

"Come on Lillian we're going to give you answers." Dad said and continue to walk. I grin triumphantly and ran after them. At last they're going to tell me the truth.
