Dating the King

Mal's POV:
Ben and I have dated now for 2 1/2 years with our 3 year anniversary coming up soon. After everything happened with cotillion and Ben getting kidnapped and Audrey turning evil. We finally got engaged! but lately he's been more distant with me and won't talk to me or even go to school. I'm not going to disturb him because i know that king duties are really stressful, but i really want my boyfriend back. anyway... I'm walking back to my dorm after a long school day when my phone started to ring.  I wanted it to be Ben, but of course it was Jay.
"Hey jay wasup" i asked as i walked into my dorm, "well um funny story, Imighthavejustbrokencarlosnose" he said super fast. "dude slowly" i laughed. "I might have just broken Carlos' nose!" he yelled, I dropped my bag and ran out the door... I saw Ben in the hallway and he looked at me with concern, "Mal! What's wrong!" he yelled "Carlos... Hurt...Jay....Punched"
i managed to get out, he followed me but at a walk. Damm the only time he talks to me is when someone else needs my help. I opened the door and saw Carlos laying on the ground as jay paced around his body. "JAY! WHAT DID YOU DO!" I yelled, my eyes were glowing green, Carlos' is like my little brother and so it's my job to protect him at any cost. "S-sorry, he won the game and i got mad." he stuttered. I walked to carlos and checked his pulse. I shook my head. "you are so lucky he's alive." Ben finally arrived and took Jay to the hallway. I did a spell to fix his nose I sat there biting my nails and held Carlos' hand. Suddenly the unexpected happened and Carlos' gasped and sat up. "Did I win?!" he asked. We both laughed and i hugged him. "ya you win fluffy boy" i said as i ruffled his hair. he whined. "malll" Then Jay and Ben walked in...
