1. Todoroki?

Momo strained her eyes as she tried to make sense of her surroundings. She felt light-headed; she looked around the empty classroom. The girl sighed, she must of fell asleep while she was studying. A yawn escaped her lips and she covered her mouth with her pale hand. She stared at the vacant seat neatly pulled up to the side of her desk.

'Todoroki?'

Yaoyorozu looked around the room for her study-buddy, but he was nowhere to be seen. Confused, she rose from her seat and walked into the hallway. Momo peered down the corridor, nothing. She turned, entering the classroom once again, and began to collect her things.

The sun was beginning to set, casting a golden light over her clear face. The girl swung her book bag over her shoulder and gazed out of the pristine window.
'He probably went home already.' she thought.

Momo advanced towards the door; shut it behind her and began to shuffle quietly down the hallway. She couldn't stop thinking about him. Yaoyorozu had liked him for a long time, however she wasn't quite sure that he shared those feelings. She wanted to confess to him but she worried that it would ruin the friendship that they already had. Her heart was racing just thinking about the boy.

Momo walked down the many flights of stairs; into the reception and towards the schools entrance. On her way out, she turned to a woman behind the grey, reception desk.

"Kana,"

The crimson haired girl glanced up from her computer and looked at Momo.

"Yes Yaoyorozu?"

She paused.

"Have you seen Todoroki by any chance?" Momo queried.

"Oh, he left around half an hour ago. He went to meet up with someone around the back of the school."

"Thank you," she said calmly. "Goodnight Kana."

Momo smiled. The receptionist smiled warmly in return and went back to her work. Yaoyorozu stepped outside the door and let it close automatically behind her.
'He's been gone for half an hour?' she contemplated, ' God, how long was I sleeping for?'
She glimpsed at the immaculate watch on her wrist.

Yaoyorozu has been sleeping for a while. Momo was about to start making her way home when she remembered what Kana told her.
'Round the back of the building...' she thought as she peered around the corner.
The girl sighed.

There was no harm in looking...right?

She walked towards the rear of UA.
'He's gone home already' Momo debated.
The girl was lost in thought, so much so that she didn't realize she had already reached the back of the school. Yaoyorozu snapped back to reality and looked around. Nothing.
'See?' she reassured herself, 'He went home.'

Momo turned around and began to walk in the direction of her house. It was nearly dark outside, Yaoyorozu quickened her pace, she needed to be home soon.

The girl walked past the gigantic garbage bins the UA had behind school, she had never been sure why they needed such big ones.

There was an alleyway next to it that separated the two school buildings; Yaoyorozu had never liked walking past it. It gave her weird vibes, as did most alleyways.

Momo slowed down a little as she shuffled hastily past it; it felt different. The alleyway didn't give her the vibes she usually felt. This time...they were worse. She stopped.

Something was wrong.

Yaoyorozu didn't know what it was about it, but she could feel it in her bones. Momo stayed silent and listened; faint, muffled sounds were coming from the alleyway.

It sounded like...

Somebody kicking something...and obnoxious laughing...and glass smashing? She couldn't quite make it out. Something urged her to go in. To look at whatever scene was playing out inside. It was probably nothing...Most likely some drunk 3rd years. Momo seemed to see them a lot after school ended.

Yaoyorozu braced herself for whatever she was about to stumble upon. The girl straightened her back and stepped into the alleyway. Her eyes widened

"Todoroki?"
