"Huh?" Nela whispered to Alfie.
"Look, he's coming over to the park set."
Nela saw him. He was a large man with a very bushy mustache and beard. He was usually kind, but once you get on the bad side, you were instantly punished. Not like detention, or staying in for lunch, it was like cleaning his office, or doing the janitors job for both nutrition breaks and for after school. Basically, it was torture.
"Jane, would you follow me please. Don't worry, you're not in trouble." Principal Boyer said smiling.

"Excuse-me, but where is Jane? She just left. Where is she?" Nela asked.
"She has moved schools. Now Nela, I suggest you return to your class. You should not be concerned about matters that aren't yours." Principal Boyer said turning away to another teacher.
Nela looked down the hall and noticed a grade 3 child being taken away just as Jane had with the same expression on his face. She noticed the principal looking at her, so she ran to her class room.
