Isolation. Feel it, grow in it, wash it down the drain. Watch it die alongside your sanity, watch it laugh at you as you try to retrieve it.
Loneliness. Kill it. Shoot it with a gun, stab it with a knife and feel the tears run down your face as you fail to keep up your facade. You'll see how well that works as it takes the knife and throws it back at you, hurting you more than you ever could.
Find new friends and try to dive just to find how shallow each of them is.
Learn to swim in those shallow waters but watch out for sharks, they might bite your heels and start to devour you bit by bit until your soul leaves, as lonely as it had been in the beginning.
