Kassie Criss placed her hand over her stomach as tears stung in her eyes. Victor Criss places his police jacket over her shoulders.
"Come on Kass you need to come inside" he said.
"She seemed so mad...when I told her about...I didn't think she'd be mad, now...now we...I...I might lose my best..."

Kassie flinched as she looked at her husband who only ever used her real name when he was being serious.
"Haylie is one tough cookie remember? I'm sure she'll pull through please don't beat yourself up about it" he said.
"But.."
"As for the baby we both know she'll spoil the heck out of them so calm down, Haylie would literally smack you for worrying so much for her"
Kassie wiped her eyes as she cracked a small smile.
"More like she'll smack you for letting me"
"Exactly! Now come on Michaela is going to stay with you and Noah while I go down to the hospital to get Patrick's witness stuff done, hopefully I can cover up most of the craziness again"
Kassie nodded as she stood up holding her stomach due to sudden pain. She really hoped her best friend would pull through otherwise she wouldn't know what to do....
