2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 solf butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together flour salt and baking soda baking powder and pumpkin pie spices then set aside then add butter shortening mix in a large mixing bowl Gradually add sugar beat until fluffy and add Pumpkin and eggs beat well add the dry ingredients then blend in the vanilla drop into a white grease flour cookie sheet
Bake at 375 for 12 minutes or to Golden brown
