Not James Bond

Part Title

Jim Bond and his wife Tamatha were going on a vacation to Daytona Beach, Florida because they heard it was a great place. They decided on taking a plane instead of driving all the way to Florida from Montana. They bought the plane tickets, scheduled for January 10th, 2016. The day comes, Jim and Tamatha drove to the airport and on the way there they talked about what they were going to do at Daytona beach Tamatha says "when we get there the first thing I am going to do is go swimming in the ocean".
"You can have fun with that," says Jim. " when you do that I will stay in the hotel room and watch some tv."
"Why would you want to do that, it's the same thing you do at home?" asks Tamatha.
"Yeah well you are the one who wanted to go to Florida, not me but you are dragging me along with you I don't even want to go," Jim Said in an Annoyed tone
"Fine, I see how it is," Tamatha said angrily. That was the last thing either of them said until they got off the plane four and a half hours later when Tamatha said "where is the hotel"
"Who said we were getting a hotel" Jim responded.
"You did you said when we get there you will stay in the hotel and watch tv," Tamatha says very confusedly
"Did I?" Jim says "I meant to say Motel, sorry about that"
"Really you couldn't even get a hotel with a pool or anything it had to be a motel, why are you so cheap and stingy," Tamatha says sounding angrier than on the way to the plane
"I want to save money in case we have kids in the future," Jim says sounding like she has said something similar to him before
"What if I don't want to have kids?" Tamatha asks.
"We'll see when the time comes," Jim said realizing his marriage is in shambles.
"Whatever" Tamatha responds " just take me to the motel"
"Ok, let's go," Jim says.
They decided to rent a car to make traveling from place to place easier. They ended up renting a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta. They drove to the motel and when they got there Tamatha waited in the car while Jim went in and got the key for the room. Jim got back to the car after getting the key. They drove to the parking spot for there room grabbed their bags and went inside. The first thing Jim did was lay down on the bed grab the TV remote, turned on the tv, and went to channel 5. Tamatha turns and looks at Jim and says " are you really going to stay in the motel and watch TV the entire vacation."
"Not the entire vacation," Jim says. "Just for now while you go to the beach, I don't the beech and I didn't even want to come here in the first place."
"Fine, I will go alone," Tamtha says angrily storming off and slamming the door behind her.
Jim was lying peacefully in the motel for five and a half hours until he started wondering where his wife is so he called Tamatha. First, call... she didn't answer, the second call... a man with an extremely deep voice answered and said "What do you want who are you"
"My name is Jim I am trying to call my wife," Jim said wondering if he called the right number "who are you."
"Who I am is beside the point," said the man "what is your wife's name."
Jim responded, "I think I called the wrong number."
"No, I don't think you did. Now what is your wife's name." said the man.
"Fine, her name is Tamatha. Why do you want to know." Jim said
"I will put her on the phone"
"What do you mean?" Jim said
"Mhm hmhm mh." said, someone
"Is that you Tamatha?" Jim asked
"mhhh." the person said "owwww"
"Wait what happened?" Jim asked
"Yes, it is me, Jim. This weird guy on the beach took me and taped me to a chair and my mouth shut." Tamatha said with fear in her voice
"Sure," Jim said not convinced what was happening is real.
"Jim I am not lying to you I need your help they are going to kill me." Tamatha pleaded. The man took back the phone
"If you ever want to see your wife again meet me at the beach tomorrow at six so you have some time to think about it." the man said
"What do you want money or something," Jim said intrigued
"No, we want you to do us a favor." the man said
"What kind of favor do you want?" Jim asked
"You will find out tomorrow." said the man, then he hung up. Jim just laid on the bed trying to figure out if this was true or just a trick by his wife to get him to the beach. After two hours of thinking he decided that she didn't come back to the motel by the end of the night he would go. So Jim ended up staying awake until 1:30 waiting before he passed out. When he woke up a 4:00 he searched in and nearby the motel. After searching for his wife for an hour he realized was no sign of his wife. Jim went to the beach to meet with the man on the phone. When he got to the beach he started to shout out his wife's name and after 5 mins a man came up to him and asked: "are you, Jim."
"Yes," Jim said, " are you the one who told me to meet you here."
"I am." said the man
"What is the favor you want for me to get my wife back?" Jim asked.
"Before I tell you that, I must tell you that my name is Famia, and I am part of the mafia," Famia said
"I don't really care about that," Jim said, " what is the favor I have to do."
"You have to assassinate Curic Coppertoe," Famia said
"Why?" Jim asked.
"Are you asking why do you have to kill him specifically, or why we chose you?" Famia asked
"Both?" Jim asked
" Well, we chose you because your name is very similar to James Bond so we assumed you are related to him so you know to assassinate," Famia said "also you have to kill Curic Coppertoe because he has great political power and he is trying to put all of the mafias in jail.
"Well, I am not related to James Bond. you know he is a made up character right?" Jim asked.
"We do."
"Ok, well what will happen if I don't do it?" Jim asked.
"We will kill your wife," Famia responded.
"How long do I have?" Jim asked
"You have 1-month" Famia said, "I will go and let you consider your options."
Jim spent the rest of the day deciding if he should go through with the assassination or not. By the end of the night, he decided he will do it to save his wife. He has until February 11th to kill Curic Coppertoe. He goes to sleep choosing to start tomorrow. When he wakes up first he does is drive to buy the equipment he first buys a combat knife, then he buys a handgun, and for that handgun, he buys a suppressor and a red dot sight so he has a better chance of hitting his target. He also buys a bulletproof vest just in case. After he is done buying all of his supplies he went back to the motel and does research about Curic Coppertoe. Jim finds Curic spends all his time on the top floor of the tallest building of in Daytona beach. Jim starts the work the next day he goes to the tallest building and gets through the front door and he walks to the elevators. He gets to the elevators but they are out of order and he has to walk up 50 flights of stairs. Jim doesn't waste any time he starts walking up the stair. He gets to the top a couple of hours later he gets to the top. There is just one big door that looks like it is from a castle with a guard standing outside. Jim walks up to the door and starts to pen it thinking the guard will try to stop him bet the guard leaves Jim alone. Jim then goes into the room, in the room, there is a desk with a man sitting at it. Jim asked the man "Are you Curic Coppertoe
"Yes I am," the man says "I know why you are here," Curic said
"Then why am I here?" Jim asked
"You are here to kill me. The mafia sent you and they kidnapped your wife." Curic said
"How did you know?" Jim asked.
"You are not the first one they sent," Curic said
Then Curic screamed for the guard. The guard came into the room realizing what was going on. The guard scanned Jim, noticing the bulletproof vest. The guard shot Jim in the foot knowing fair well that Jim didn't deserve to die because he is just trying to save his wife. The guard picked up Jim and carried him to the bottom floor and called a taxi and told the taxi driver to bring him to a hospital. On the way to the hospital, Jim went unconscious. When Jim woke up he was in a hospital with his foot in a cast and it hung from the ceiling off the bed. Jim picks up his phone and calls his wife. A man with a familiar voice picks up the phone " Jim we killed your wife"
"Why?" Jim asked.
"Because you took too long and didn't even finish," Famia said
"What do you mean I took too long you kidnapped my wife four days ago?" Jim asked
"No," Famia said "that was 2 months ago you have been in a coma"
Jim then hears a beeping sound and jumps up in his bed. Turned his head to the right and sees his alarm clock and it is 7.30 in the morning when he turned his head the other way and his wife was laying there. Jim shakes her awake and asked and asked "I thought you died"
"Are you crazy Jim how would I have died?" Tamatha asked
"In my dream the mafia killed you and I was so happy," Jim said
"You were happy I died?" Tamatha asked
"Yeah" Jim respond
"Well fine," Tamatha said " we are going down to the courthouse and we are getting a divorce. It is present day and Jim is a MULTI-BILLIONAIRE. As for his wife, she is homeless living on the side of a building owned by Jim"
