Okay, so, I wasn't going to begin publishing this until I was done with Not All That Bad, but today The Prom announced that it will be closing, so I figured that I might as well.
The Prom is a musical that means so much to me. It's gotten me through a lot, and has a story that is so needed in this day and age. I relate to both Emma and Alyssa on a personal level, and I know many other people do as well.
On to a short description. This is basically like a ton of other The Prom fics, where Emma and Alyssa meet when they're young, and shows how their relationship grows over time.
I'm seeing the show in about a week (yay!), so just be aware that I may go back and edit some of the chapters that I publish depending on details from the show.
