Sans was guiding frisk to waterfall, in fact, his favorite spot in waterfall. He wanted her to see the beauty of the area and count the "stars" with him. He blushed with his bony cheeks to the thought of seeing frisk comfy in his coat. They arrived with frisk twinkling her eyes to the beautiful sight.

"It's beautiful sans"! She said with a slight smile on her face.

"Oh is it sweetheart?" Said the tall skeleton looking down at her adorable smile. He blushed

well I wouldn't say the most beautiful. The prettiest thing I've ever seen is when I first met you". After he said that he figured he sounded stupid and covered his face. "Oh"? Frisk said with her eyes still twinkling with joy.

"Well I would think either wise," she said kissing the skeletons cheek. They looked up at the stars .

"I counted 275" frisk said with a cute smug on her face.
"Damn sweetheart you're smart, i only counted 129". He said pulling her closer to him. They stayed silent for a while, looking up at the shining rocks they call "stars". Heavy coughing broke the silence.

"Geez sweetheart are you okay"?! He said with worry spread on his face
"Yes I'm fine".... she said coughing more, flowers growing on her face

~she passed out~
Sans was in a worrisome state, what should he do? The monsters want to kill her! He can't go to Alphys or to Papyrus and he didn't have the healing skills. His only choice was to go to king asgore. He decided to use shortcuts. it was the quickest way, though he could only teleport to the front of the kings castle... he sighed and started to run he ran as fast as he could but in his luck the king was heading out of the castle as he arrived. At this point he was in heavy tears the king saw them and rushed over;

"Sans what has happened"? He said in his ruffled deep voice

"T-the kid... t-they're".....

"Kid? What kid? Sans what is going on"?

Sans dropped to the ground. He begged asgore to help her and to not harm her. The king realized that this was human child that he was holding.

"Sans... hand over the..... child".....
"What are you going to do to her"... he said still in heavy tears

"Sans this is the last human soul we need we can be free, we can see the sun again"

"I SAID DONT HARM HER...! please..... she just needs help"...

The king sighed. "Well... okay. But I will only do so because this is causing you much pain. I will do my best".

Sans was waiting, and waiting... and... waiting...... he fell asleep. It was about 4 hours in underground time before the king had to wake his lazy bones up. He awakened to a face that signed nothing good... the only words that could come out of the kings mouth was "I'm sorry"..... sans was wide eyed. He didn't believe what the king said. He DEMANDED to see frisk, his vision was a blur, he couldn't walk straight. He saw her on the ground with her soul in a jar.

"I had to contain her soul after I figured out she was gone..... sans I am sorry".... the king said gleefully but also respectful.

Sans was in tears.
It was uncontrollable. He just held her limp body and cried. He cried for what seemed like days. It was so silent apart from his waterfall of tears and Hicks.
The king broke the silence.
"Sans.... as I am loyal to my subjects I will ask..., would you like a special burying for this poor human child you call your friend...?"
"More like lover"..... he said heavy and stern but quiet and teary.
Sans nodded still holding her limp body in tears. He requested to be alone for a while.
He kissed her check one last time before he finally said goodbye.....

I love you..... Frisk...... remember that"......
