Chapter 1: AfterSchool

"Let's go Killua" Gon starts running down the road, leaving Killua behind.

"Wait up Gon!" Killua starts running after him.

"Be careful! Have a good day!" Aunt Mito waves to them as they leave for school.

"Race you!" Killua suddenly flashes into his electric form and races ahead of Gon.

"Killua! No fair!" Gon starts running after him.

"Finally here Gon" Killua was leanig against a pole, waiting for Gon to arrive.

"Killua, your clothes and hair are messed up" Gon says. The right side of Killua's shirt had come untucked and his hair was all ruffled up.

"Ehh don't worry about it. C'mon, let's go find Kurapika" Killua and Gon start walking around campus, looking for Kurapika.

"Look Killua! There he is!" Gon points to Kurapika who is talking to a girl.

"He's with her again.." Killua rolls his eyes.

"Because he likes her," Gon says, "Hey, Kurapika! Does she like you too?!" Gon yells. Kurapika cheeks tint a dark pink. The girls laughs and leaves.

"Gon! Why did you say that out loud?" Kurapika walks towards them and questions Gon.

"Because Killua wanted to know" Gon says with a cheeky smile and Killua's eyes grow big.

"Don't lie Gon!" Killua crosses his arms as the bell rings.

"Well the good thing is that she does like me, and we're going on a date next week" Kurapika says.

"Good job Kurapika!" Gon cheers and pats Kurpika on the back.

" C'mon Gon, let's go!" Killua and Gon say bye to Kurpika and leave for their class.

"What took you so long? Your usually the first one out here when school is out" Killua says to Gon as he walks out of the building.

"Well there was this girl-"

"Yea yea, she likes you" Killua says, obviously annoyed.

"Uh.. yea" Gon awkwardly says.

"A lot of girls like you, and no one likes me. I guess that isn't bad" Killua shrugs his shoulders and hops down from the railing he was sitting on.

"Well, let's explore the forests behind the school today, Killua" Gon says.

"Okay, but we have to be bald before sundown or else Aunt Mito won't give us dinner" Killua says.

"Let's go" Gon and Killua race into the dark forest. They found frogs, bunnies, and a sleeping bear.

"Look Killua! There's a deer!" Gon points to a deer drinking from a stream.

"Do you think Aunt Mito would cook it for us?" Killua's nails grow long and sharp, like claws.

"Probably not" Gon says.

"Okay" Killua's fingers go back to normal.

*Rustle Rustle*

"Gon, look" Killua points to a rustling bush. They quietly approach it.

"Huh? It's a girl" Gon eyes her scratches and scars.

"She's bleeding a lot. Probably was attacked by a bear on the way home or something" Killua says.

"She's not wearing a uniform, so where did she come from?" Gon stares at the girl, a confused look on his face.

"Nnm.."

"She's waking up" Killua jumps back a little, but Gon stays put.

"Where.. Am I?" The girl looks around at her surrounding as she waits for her vision to clear. Then she spots Gon and Killua and instantly jumps back.

"Stay away.. I'm not afraid.. Of anyone who's.. A part of.. The Demons.." She pulls out a dagger and gets into a fighting stance, but falls to the ground seconds later.

"C'mon Kilkua, we have to help her" Gon says.

"We better hurry, it's almost sundown and she's lost a lot of blood" Killua says as he picks up the girl carries her on his back.

"Okay, Aunt Mito should know how to help her" Gon and Killua start running back home, carrying the mysterious girl.
