Chapter 1

        I would tell every little detail of how it went down.  But i think it would be better if i were just to type the whole conversation to you.  Before I do that, I would like to clarify how paranoid I was.  I didn't want to make a mistake.  I didn't want him to think I was annoying.  A lot of tension was put on me at the time.

Even better! I get shaky when playing in front of people.

Anthony.  Nice to meet you.

        He was so polite.  I held myself back from grinning too wide.  Something told me that he was just right for me.  He seemed so…composed.  I don’t think I’ve ever met a guy as close to a gentleman than he was.  For heaven’s sake, he was one! I shouldn’t even doubt it!

Nice to meet you too :) Oops. Awkward smiley face.  What grade are you in? (At this moment, my heart dropped because I felt I was being a bit too casual and strange.  The way I would behave with my friends.)

Boring, what school were you from again?

Baldwin.  All schools are boring. 

True that :/ Maybe you can teach me how to play violin?

Definitely.  Though you’ll have to sacrifice your breaks.

Breaks? Didn’t know we had those.  Sure thing though.

Well usually we have 15 minute breaks because the class is about 2 hours long.

        In the middle of it all, my friend Tawny, had nudged me.  She repeatedly told me that he looked a little annoyed.  As I handed him the notepad, I stared at him for a little while longer, just to examine if he really was irritated by me.  Was I coming off too strong?  I looked down at my lap and played with the hem of my shorts, wondering silently to myself. He had his eyes focused on something ahead of him, the board, maybe?  He quickly wrote back to me and handed me the notebook.
