Tomorrow...

The next weeks were hell for Kevin.

Not only did Eddward slam him against the wall at any possible time, others felt encouraged by the blue eyed teen's actions and started bullying the ginger. Nazz tried her best to keep him in a somewhat good mood, but she knew that it was futile.

Which didn't mean that she gave up.

The blonde girl hung around her best friend during every break, trying to make sure that noone would harm him. But it never worked. After all, the attackers were always much stronger than the two, which resulted in Nazz being held by someone while another student beat up the green eyed teen.

Nazz had also tried talking to the teachers about it, but they never helped.

The blonde girl didn't know what to do anymore. How could she make sure that Kevin was safe?

She couldn't.

It was painful to admit, but it was true. She just couldn't do a thing to prevent the bullying, not in her place of 'popularity' .

And it worried her even more that she wouldn't be at school the next day since she had to visit her grandmother. 'We just couldn't have gone on a weekend', Nazz thought, extremely annoyed as she waited for Kevin in the hallway. Her teacher had let them out earlier because... she didn't even know why. But she had and now Nazz was leaning against the wall directly next to her best friend's classroom, waiting for the bell to ring.

When it finally did, she remained in her position, knowing that after the last period, Kevin would be one of the last to exit the room.

Five minutes passed and the hallways were pretty much empty since most students had already left, when the ginger finally exited the room. Nazz pushed herself away from the wall and they started walking, just as they always would. "I told you, you don't have to wait for me after every period, I'll survive five minutes without you", Kevin said as-a-matter-of-fact and repositioned his messenger bag. Nazz only smiled sadly. "I'm just worried about you, even more so since I won't be here tomorrow. I have to visit my grandmother, I don't know ehy my parents can't just go on a weekend", she explained as they came closer to their cul-de-sac. "I'll be fine, don't worry about it. If you want me to, I'll call you after school tomorrow", Kevin answered and gave her a bright smile. There was an awkward silence and the ginger's smile faded. "I'll kill ya if you don't!", Nazz threatened playfully, although there was a kind of seriousness in her voice. Kevin chuckled. "As you wish", he grinned and bid her farewell as they arrived at Nazz' house and the blonde girl dissapeared inside. The green eyed male turned around and crossed the street and went into his own house, thinking.
'Tomorrow is going to be a nightmare...'
