Finding A Purpose 11: No One Word Answers.

"I missed you Dip. I'm sorry for being such a snob." At that moment I remembered the snobby things he had done to me and for that I pulled away and punched his arm.

"Ouch! What the hell?"

I smiled. "For being mean when you knew it was me that entire time that's what."

"Did you not hear me? I said I missed you." He waited for me to say something expectantly. I didn't say it I just lay down on his right side clinging onto his tee. They say silence is better than words. Sometimes.

He was content with my answer as he curled his arm around my waist pulling me closer. He smelled like a forest as weird as that sounds he did, with a bit of chocolate. It was a weird smell but he smelled nice and that was all that mattered.

We sat there just talking about random things and it was as if I'd known this person my entire life I mean, I was lying on his chest for god sakes. Who does that? I, Summer Jenkins do.

It just felt right and he didn't seem to mind so I stayed put.

"Boyfriend?"

"Nope."

"Cool."

"You?"

"Nah."

I looked up at him. "Stop with the one word answers I hate that." It makes me think that the other person doesn't actually want to talk to you ya know.

"Just don't have time with everything that's happened I just.."

I hold up my hand to stop him from talking.

"No need to explain."

We start joking about the girls in my form class and I show him the way they look at you. He laughed at my facial expressions which is music to my ears.

"They do not look at me like that Dip hahahaha."

Either this guy was in denial or he just didn't care or realize it.

He told me about his businesses and I mentioned my inheritance and how I couldn't wait to complete these two terms. I didn't say anything about my future because that was an issue that would only dampen the mood. We lied there for a good couple of hours until Lee texted me asking when we were done making out and that the second movie was about to start and that I needed to get my ass down there.

Way to kill the buzz Lee.

"You get a text as well?" I nodded. I sat up, thought about going down then lied back down.

"Stuff it, I'm tired unless you wanna go watch a movie?"

He pulled me back to his side. "Nope, wouldn't be as much fun as it is here with you."

He continued telling me jokes and stories as I continued laughing until I got a stitch.

And that was how I spent my Saturday, and now I was just about to fall asleep next to my bestfriend in the entire world. Best day I've had in a while. I felt lips kiss my forehead before I let the darkness take over.

AN:

Boun giorno, to the unknown.

Firstly I've been dying to write this chapter for a while and now that I've written it I feel like in my head it sounds way better. Trying to get something so perfect in your head and written down on screen is much harder. Secondly I've been having problems sleeping like they're irregular like tonight its 2:47am (Thursday now) and I'm trucking wide awake!! And lastly I'm just soooo happy!!!

I haven't slept for 20+ hours. Haven't done this since high school.
