Monica is standing in the old guestroom where Rachel used to sleep.
Phoebe enters
Phoebe: I can't believe she really did fly away to Paris
Monica: it's so weird that I'm not going to see her every day anymore, you know? I feel should've enjoyed it more, now my best friend can't even see Jack and Erica grow up.
Phoebe: hey, I thought- yeah I get what you mean.
Monica: do you know where Ross is? I went to his apartment this morning but I couldn't find him.
Phoebe: sure, what day is it?
Monica: it's Saturday, so he can't be at work.
Phoebe: yeah, as if that wouldn't be a typical Wednesday at three o' clock
Joey enters
Joey: hey, what are you guys doing here, *startled* wow this bed can rock back and forth-
Monica: Joey NO!
Joey: can I tr-
Phoebe: hey have you seen Ross today
Joey: yes I have, he's still very bummed about missing Rachel at the airport. I hope he's not going to regret this the rest of his life!
Phoebe: yeah that HELPS this situation.
Monica: have you also called Rachel already, asked if she's already at her apartment?
Joey: yeah sure, I've got her on the phone right now! *hands Monica and Phoebe his cellphone, apparently holding in his hand the whole time*
Monica: Joey!
*grabs phone* hello?
Rachel, on the phone: yeah, those ten minutes just costed me 14 dollars
Phoebe: *under her breath* yeah you can afford it*
Silence
Monica: oh my god how's Paris, is the apartment okay? Are there nice people? Is it clean?
Rachel: yeah I'm just trying to make it a bit baby proof in here for Emma when she comes tomorrow because you know, there are outlets, things on weels, *talking more unintelligible* loose asbestos.
Phoebe and Monica on the other side of the line look shocked
Rachel, to a mover: oh what?
Rachel: yeah gotta go right now. Have a fantastic weekend, I love you guys so much!
Monica: love you too!
Phoebe: we promise we'll visit
Rachel: gotta hang you guys, bye joe!
Joey: bye Rach!
Monica: By the way, Joey, why are you up? It's 8:15 on a Saturday.
Joey: wh-, Saturday is NOW?!
Phoebe and Monica give him questioning looks
Joey, nervously: boy, I wonder what they've been doing without me yesterday heheh
Phoebe: CALL YOUR DIRECTOR JOE
Joey: Monica can I use your phone, after that call with Rachel I'm kinda-
Monica: use the cord phone
