Unexpected Inheritance

Draco POV

I was sitting in the library trying to find out more about the elder wand when Tom came in. "Have you found anything yet?" "No, the only thing that I can find is that the wand was passed down from dark wizard to the next." "I have an idea but I'm going to need your help," he said and I nod, getting up. "What is it?" "I will tell you when your parents and Sev get here."

(Time Skip)

When they did get here Harry's ghost was also with them. "I may not know how to get the wand from Dumbledore, but I do know how Grindelwald got the elder wand. Maybe we can use that to somehow get the wand," Tom said and Harry smile. He probably already knew what to was going to say. "In 1924 Grindelwald stole the elder wand from Gregorovitch when he was asleep. To get the wand from Dumbledore he will most likely keep it with him at all times, but there has to be a why to get it like Grindelwald did." "When Draco and I go back to Hogwarts late at night we can get the wand and then get back here," Severus said Harry nodded. "That might work but we need a way to get you out of the Hogwarts right away," Harry said as he floated over to me. "Harry we will get out of there right away, I promise," I said and he gave me a small smile.

(Time Skip)

It was time for me to go back to Hogwarts by the end of the break. Uncle Sev has already left for Hogwarts, and my parents were going to stay with uncle Tom until we can bring Harry back to life. I was currently sitting in my usual compartment when Theo, Blaise, Luna, Nevile, and Ron walked in. I could tell that they were all miserable by the loss of Harry. I tell them about what happend over break and they all immediately agree to help. When the train pulled into the Hogsmeade I could here the excitement in the other people's voices. We got into the carriages and Granger and the she- Weasley also tried to get in. Theo shut the door before they could even try. As we ride to the castle talk about how to get the Elder Wand from Dumbledore. Luna seemed to space out most of the ride, but Neville didn't look worried so none of us worried.

Once everyone was seated in the Great Hall, Dumbledore stared at the usual speech. He then started talking about what happened to Harry and I tried so hard not to go up there and strangle him. Once Dumbledore finished his speech, he told us all we could eat. After dinner Theo, Luna, Neville, Blaise, Ron, and I walk up to the room of requirements to discuss how we are going to get the wand. "When Dumbledore talked about Harry he seemed nervous about something," Ron said and I nod. " let's not worry about that right now. Right now we need to find a way to get the Elder Wand so we can bring my Harry back," I said and they nodded. Luna again seemed to space out until she's fully collapsed onto the floor. "Luna are you okay?!" Theo asked.
"I'm fine this happens a lot. I've gotten used to it doesn't hurt. Anyways I can't tell you guys much but I know of a way to get the Elder Wand away from Dumbledore."

Sorry this chapter was so late. I have been spending time with my girlfriend for the past week and when I'm not with her I was doing school work. Bye!!!
