"Hey! relax, i was only messing with you!"
"Haha, very funny."
You replied, sarcastically, as the two of you continued to walk to school.
Keisuke hadn't stopped bothering you about the way you acted around him, which tended to piss you off quite often.
"So...are you gonna come and watch my race next Saturday?? who am i kidding, of course you will! Right Y/N?"
He asked with a smirk, already knowing the answer as if reading your mind.
"okay sure, why not..."
"YESSS!!"
He leapt into the air as you continued walking away from him, trying your best to actually arrive at school on time.
"I can't wait to prove to that prick that he should have kept his mouth shut when he was boasting, i mean c'mon, my FD is the fastest around here, in fact, so fast, that i bet i could even beat Ryosuke one day!"
You sighed, before turning to him
"Maybe you will, maybe you won't, you never know until you try, right?"
"Hmm, I guess that's a good point."
You let out a small chuckle at his rather apparent eagerness.
shit.
this boy really knew how to make your heart flutter, even if it was just the slightest thing; and to be honest, you wouldn't really have it any other way.
"You're such an idiot Keisuke."
"I'm your idiot tho, aren't i Y/N?"
"I-"
you tried to walk further away from him, before he quickly grasped your hands in his, turning you around to face him again, with his eyes gazing directly into yours.
"Damn, you're so beautiful Y/N."
"Wha-what?!"
You were taken aback at his compliment, and didn't realise you were staring into space until his soft, warm lips met with your own, suddenly catching you off guard.
Once you had recovered from the sudden shock of the unexpected kiss, you returned the gesture, slowly but surely, and his hands placed themselves onto your hips, pulling you ever so closer to him.
You then wrapped your hands around his neck, his other free hand becoming entangled in your soft locks, before the both of you pulled apart for air.
Your eyes were lit up as you stared at him in wonder, almost as if you were still in a trance, and still caught up in the moment.
You continued to stare at each other rather fondly, til he eventually decided to break the awkward silence looming between the both of you.
"So, I guess you love me just as much as i love you?"
"Is that a whole lot?"
"Yeah, you bet it is!"
You giggled at his antics before leaning in to say,
"Well, then i love you too, you idiot."
