最初 () Midoriya X Reader

Y/N's POV

Me and Midoriya have been friends longer than I can ever know. Midoriya was even the neatest friend I've had in a million years! But lately I've been feeling weird every time I see him or even think about him, and the feeling drove me insane! What was this feeling? Am I sick? Was it just 'love' as they call it?

I've never really experienced love in my life, everything I love seems to not return love back. Love. Geez even thinking about the word makes me feel awful.

"Hey Y/N!" My thoughts snapped and my eyes fell on Midoriya who sat next to me with a fascinating smile. His features weren't the only thing I liked about him though, his personality as well.

Midoriya was a bit clumsy and out of the box but, other than that I felt love towards him.

"Hey Midoriya! How's the project going?" I speak up a little to break silence.

"Great! I was wondering if you can come over to my dorm after school to help on some research? If you have time."

"Sure thing, I am not busy much so I am sure I'll have time." He smiled.

"Thank-you Y/N! Your the best!"
He then got up and wrapped his arms around me. I felt warm, being in his arms was like feeling safe.

[In Midoriya's Dorm]

Nothing but, the sound of a clock ticking filled the room with sound. I was typing on the laptop for research when Midoriya's voice made me jump.

"Hey Y/N." I raised an eyebrow.

"Yes Midoriya?" I shut the laptop halfway.

"H-Have you ever dated someone?" There I felt that feeling again, as much as I wanted to I never did.

"Not really. I have been to busy for relationships." I chuckled scratching my neck.

"Oh that's a relief!" He smiled.

Wait, what does he mean 'that's a relief'?

Midoriya then got up and stared down at me, and smiled again giving me his hand. I grabbed it as he raised me up, until I stood at his height.

"Look Y/N I know we were friends for a very long time! But..I think it's time we be honest you know?" I tilted my head.

"Be honest? About?"

"About our feelings towards each other you know? Heh, personally!" I still stood there confused and watched as a drop of sweat ran down his head.

"Feelings huh.." I said looking off to the side thinking. Well that werid tingling feeling does happen while am around Midoriya and only him. I call it love but, I don't really understand love much.

"Well, I have a sort of warm feeling everytime I see or think about you..I honestly don't know what it is."
Midoriya looked and me confused then bursted out laughing.

I backed away raising an eyebrow. Midoriya then stopped and raised his head revealing tears along his face.

"Midoriya?? Are you hurt? Are you okay??" I was a little worried.

"Y-Yeah. Y/N do you know what that feeling is?" I nodded my head, he chuckled.

"It's called love!" He said walking towards me and pulled me into another hug.

"Love? Is it really that?"
He laughed again.

"Yes yes."

"Well than, I love you Midoriya."
He hugged me tighter and raised his head, his arms still wrapped around my waist.

"Love you too Y/N"
