Chapter 1

" Hurry Up !" hollard Morgan.
"Ok ! Stop being so bossy ." mumeld Jack
" Do you want to get caught by that thing !" Max shouted while trying to help Griffin in the car.
" Ava did you .... get the car started ?" said Morgan between breaths " No." Hollard Ava. Pause! Ok you may be wondering why four kids and a dog are running for that thing well I'm here to tell you. My name is Morgan Jones this would be the beginning of something me and my friend would be a part of for years but I am getting ahead of myself . Let's start at the beginning. It all started in California, on a friday.

"Buzz" "Buzz" "Buzz"
"Ugh." a groggy voice said. A girl with long messy hair and lightly tanned skin rose from her bed. "Thump" , "Thump." The door burst open and a furry beast ran into the room and jumped on the bed, licking the girl.
" Ok . Ok. I'm up Griffin." She said in a sleepy voice. I got out of bed wearing a tank top with some short shorts. The tank top revealed my tattoo of Captain America's shield of my left arm. I walked by a picture of me and my mom I picked it up and whispered " Good Morning ."
I put it back down and grabbed my towels and took a quick shower. I dried myself off . I started putting on some jeans , Journey shirt , some socks and did my hair.

I walked downstairs and saw my dad. Me and my dad don't get along like we used to get along. But that was before my mom died in a car accident. Her body was never found . Now he us works as an excuse to not spend time with me. I've had to learn how to be independent at a young age. This caused me to not trust know one.
" Hi." I mumble
"Good Morning ." answered my dad. He was in his 50s. His hair is lightish brown and blonde. Now it's a light brown blonde with a little white. It's very messy. He has brown eyes and a light beard. It looks like he only got an hour of sleep. I walked by him and he was on his phone. I put on my shoes, made my lunch, and grabbed my keys and walked out the door and head to my car.
