I enter my room to see roses and a sign that says

You:IVE ONLY BEEN GONE FOR 2 DAYS AHAHAH.
I start bursting out laughing while carlos des and alex look at each other confused.
I slow down laughing as my voice gets farther away.
I wipe my eye sarcastically.
Alex:ok????
Y: omg you guys I've only been gone for 2 days *laughs*
Alex: but we missed you like, A WHOLE LOT.

We all hug.
All of them: we love you to😚
Y:SO what are we gonna do?

You: how about....
I remember i have to take my medication.
Y:ill be right back i need to go to the bathroom.
Alex and carlos start saying things we should do.
I smile at them and go into the bathroom closing the door and locking it while breaking my smile.

I go to the mirror and stare at myself.
I start silently crying.
I pull out the three bottles ive been hiding.
I take all three and hide them again.
I start sobbing.
I whisper to myself.
Y:i hate h-having d-d-depression *cry*
I sigh and fan myself.
I put cold water and pull the bottom of my bags making the tears fall into there.
I fan my self.
I walk out like nothing just happened.
Y:OK, SO where are we going??
Carlos starts counting with his fingers silently as carlos and alex look at him.
Carlos:👆...✌,,,,,
Alex screams.
Alex: THREE.
all: A VACATION TO HAWAII!!
y:w-what?
Alex sees my face.
Alex: we dont have to go if you dont wa-
I jolt up.
Y:NO, LETS DO THIS THING AM I RIGHT OR AM I RIGHT.
They all shout ' YOUR RIGHT'
Alex: ok guys, we should all get packing.
Des:ok carlos can you take me to my house to get my stuff.
C:ok
Y:OMG GUYS WAIT-
all: WHAT-
y: WHAT ABOUT SCHOOL.
They all start bursting out laughing.
Alex: d-dude ITS *LAUGHS*S-S-SUMMER.
y:oops.
y:NOW CHOP CHOP
Des and carlos leave and me and alex start getting packed.
Im getting my underwear into my suitcase and i feel someones hands wrap around my eyes.
You:ugh alex what do you want.
I said that Because i was trying to put my medication into my luggage.
Alex:shhhh, i have a suprise.
Y:fine.
A:close your eyes.
Y:fine.
He turns me around and i close my eyes.
He removes his hands.
A: ok NOW OPEN.
I look at my dresser and see....
