King Al'lal waited patiently at the abode of his queen Leli who was in labour. Hours had passed and the unborn child still lay in her womb, physicians had tried their very best but with every effort, the queen gets more tired.
Al'lal had began to doubt the safety of his queen and his first child, then he went into the temple of light to pray to his father, Kronos, to ease him of the burden upon him.
He knelt before the a Altar of Truth and prayed to his father fervently.
Alas! One of the courtesans shouted the good news of queen Leli's  labour and Al'lal ran to receive it.
Of course the prince was delivered safely but the life of queen Leli existed no more and the palace mourned.
It never came as a surprise to king Al'lal because while he prayed, Kronos the god of all mortals spoke to him, saying; "cursed is the fate of the child and he is to die but I have heard your prayers and I'll take that of the mother instead." And king Al'lal agreed.
On the fifth day after the birth of the prince, king Al'lal ordered his men to seek for the blind chartelian to look into the fate of the prince. And when the chartelian saw the baby's fate he shook his head in pity and said; he is the destroyer of all things, he is the earth's doom and on his call will the world face the wrath of the army of the dead.
King Al'lal ordered his men to take the poor child into the dark forest of Oz and leave him to die.
The men did as they were told and when they left, a man who got lost in the forest found the baby and decided to raise him as his own. Then he named the baby Cronus, because he was found in a forest.
