First day of school yay!!!! Jk.....boo!!!! Everyone hates the first day but anyways, as I walked through the gates of the school I look for my friends that I haven't seen all summer, but then I see my friend Riley River.
"Brooke, oh my god did you cut your hair?", she said. Oh, I forgot to mention that I cut my long thick curly brown hair about to my shoulders.
"Yes I did, is it that bad?" I asked, a little scared.
"No you look good." I sighed in relief "ok good and thank you", "no problem" she said as she walked off to go with her friends and I went to find mine.
As I was walking to find my group, I felt a sudden slap on the back of my head 'Santiago Jackson!' I thought as he ran away with me following along to hit him back.
When we reached our group, I punched his shoulder "OWW....what was that for?", "Idiot... that was payback for slapping me, and breaking her heart dummy" I say in a duh tone.
"He did deserve that punch for dumping me", Lucille Muro, also know as my "sister", said.
"Whatever", Santiago mumbled
Kassandra rolled her eyes "Who do you guys have right now?"
After, we talked about what we did over the summer and said what classes we have. Then the bell rang 'great....ready to lose my voice from singing' I thought as I was walking to choir. As I was walking to class I bumped into someone and falling flat on my butt.
"Oh my god my so sorry I-I didn't see you there" I said as I looked up to see who it was.
"It's fine I wasn't paying attention to where I was going....here let me help you." He said as he put out his hand.
"Thanks" I say as he helped me up.
"I'm Ethan Rodriguez by the way"
"Oh ya...sorry....I'm Brooklyn Jordan but, uh, you can call me Brooke" I say, brushing myself off.
"It's fine...um can you tell me where the boys locker room is if you can?" He asked nervously.
"Oh ya...you go straight down and make a right and it will be there ok?"
"Ok thanks, uh, Brooke" He said when he left.
"No problem", I said just before I ran off to my class.

'Ok math...room 26' I thought while walking to my second period. I remembered that Kassandra was in that class 'yay', but Santiago was in that class 'rip me'.
I made it to class and the teacher said we can sit wherever we want to. So, Kassandra and I sat sat next to each other with Santiago in front of us with some new students in here.

"Ok two down and four to go" Kassandra said
"Ugh, I know." I sighed
"You ok?" she ask
"Oh...ya I'm fine just a little scared, I guess."
"Why?"
"I don't want rumors going around about me 'dating' someone again, and my other friend, she doesn't go here, I'm scared that she will get bullied by that one girl remember?" I said a little sad.
"Yeah, I do...but hey look at the bright side you will find someone this year and no bully." she said with hope.
"Ya I guess you're right"
"That's the Brooke I know!" she said as she nudged me.

As I was walking to 6th period someone tapped my shoulder and I turned around to see who is was, 'it's mostly likely Santiago' I thought, but boy I was wrong. When I turned back around I said "Santiago, I'm gonna kick yo-"
"Hey, it's me! Uh, who is Santiago?" Ethan asked
"Oh my lord, Ethan...sorry. Santiago is a dummy" I said
"Oh, okay, I need to ask you, do you know where room 19 is."
"Today is your lucky day, 'cause I have that class so let's get going." I said walking away with him.
"Ok thank you Brooke"
"No problem" I said when we walked into class just in time.

Ring Ring
The end of the day 'yes' but not the end of the year.
"Who was that when you came into class with?" My friend Viviana Franklin asked.
"Oh just a friend he is like really cool and sweet too."
"Ok well I gotta go...bye Brooke" she said and left
"Bye" I said and left

"Finally" I said as I flopped on to my bed
"Home sweet home"
I sighed as I was thinking about today. 'Today was not bad it was a good first day. I meet some new amazing people or should I say friends I think this year is gonna be a good but long year.' But boy I was wrong.
