what you need
1 Banana
About 75 grams of berries (fresh berries work best)
A cup of water or vanilla yogurt
1 Teaspoon of honey
Method
1. Put all ingredients in a blender
2.Blend
3. Pour into a cup and enjoy
tip yogurt taste really good with it but putting water with it is healthier
