My little is a fucking idiot.
She admitted that she's been skipping class for the past TWO WEEKS in order to keep up with the Som. She knew I wouldn't approve, so she's been napping in the library to avoid me.
And not the school library. The TOWN library.
I couldn't believe it. I walked out of the room and cried in anger. I ran into Jayden's mother in the hallway. We had a long talk.
Jayden doesn't know it yet, but her parents aren't going to let her go back to school. They're taking her home where they can monitor her themselves.
As much as I hate it, I have to agree, its probably the best call.
