Sabrina's P.O.V
It's the first day of summer, and me and my boyfriend, Brandon, are on FaceTime talking about what we're gonna do this summer. "So are you down to meet up with the squad this week since you're coming back from your trip to Germany"? he asks me. "For sure, since I don't have anything to really do this summer, and since it's our senior year next year, we should have a special time this summer together, just me and you", I tell him in reassurance. He smiles through the phone at me. "You know Sabrina, I really do love you so much", he says. Hearing this from him just makes my heart melt. I smile at him through the phone and say "I love you too babe". Right at that moment, I get a text from someone, it's my ex. Ugh I really hate him so much, he never even cared that much about me and always treated me like garbage. I'm happy we haven't talked at all and I'm happy it ended in general because without us ending, me and Brandon would've never even started as friends.
Charlie : hey sabrina, I know we haven't talked in a while but I was hoping me and you could maybe meet up next week at the cafe?
Sabrina : umm idk about that, plus you have a girlfriend, does she know you're trying to meet up with me??
Charlie : oh right, I guess you didn't know but me and Maria broke up last month, she was cheating on me with some guy she goes to school with.
Sabrina : oh I'm sorry that happened to you, well I don't know about meeting up with you, you were a total jerk to me and it really hurt me dude, so I would suggest you try meeting a different girl than your ex. peace out
