"Laya you're worthless"... "Go kill yourself"..."Nobody want you, just die" these were the words she heard on a daily basis. It had always been like that, people would say stuff to her, beat her, just to keep her down. To be honest she wished that they would just kill her, that way she could start over a whole new life, which was something she had longed for. 

While walking home, Laya decided to take one of the back alleys. As Laya entered the alley someone followed her but she didn't notice. Soon she was meet with a sharp pain followed by darkness. It all happened so fast that she didn't know what just happened, so she didn't realize that she, Laya Bell, had just died. Now the question was, what happens next?

//Laya's pov//

Why is it dark, where am I, what happened? I stand up and wonder around blindly in the dark. After a bit everything around me lights up, and in front of me stands an old man. He had a long beard and eyebrows, he look weird in my opinion, but hey who am I to judge.

"What is a young girl like you, doing in a depressing place like this?" The man said as he studied me.

"I died?" I said unsure of what actually happened.

"I see... you died, but at your age it's just depressing. So I have a offer for you..."

"Go on..."

"I'll give you a second chance at life, new world, family, people you get the idea. However you'll keep your memories, and if you die you won't get another chance at life. Am I clear?" The old man said sternly.

"Deal!" I said ecstatically.

 So this is reincarnation... interesting, as I thought this the man disappears and I lose consciousness, now I can finally, begin my new life.
