"Are you sure him going is a good idea, he came back in such a bad mood yesterday..." Kyoumi spoke to Hizashi quietly the next morning.

"Well, according to Aizawa, there is a kid in his class who looks and appears to be very angry. That must have been the reason. But, I know Izu won't forgive us if we tried to stop him going." Hizashi told her, as he set Izu's mug of coffee on the side, knowing the boy would be up soon.

"I know, but... I can't help but worry about him." Kyoumi sighed, Hizashi put a hand on her shoulder.

"I worry too, but I also trust Izu. He can fight his own battles." Hizashi said, Kyoumi nodded, the both jumped as there was a small explosion came from Shiyu's testing area. Kyoumi covered her mouth with a smile as Shiyu walked in a few minutes later. He was wiping soot from his face, lucky he had tried it without wearing his uniform as it was still clean.

"Told you." Izu came down with a yawn.

"It was a suggestion I thought was worth a try." Shiyu replied.

"Re-make it and show it to her. She may be able to help." Izu smiled, taking his coffee. Shiyu rolled his eyes. Their parents shook their heads, somethings would never change.

Izuku reached his class and sighed, he had to deal with that explosion kid again. Taking a deep breath, he entered and headed straight to his seat.

"Izu!" A girl ran over to him as he set his bag down at his desk. "You were so brave dealing with Bakugo yesterday." She said

"I've dealt with people like him before." Izu smiled, he ended up settling on his desk. "I never got your name."

"Oh, I'm Uraraka Ochaco. Nice to meet you." She smiled, Izu nodded.

"The pleasure is mine." Izu smiled, he was introduced to several other class members, and he happily talked with them. The next thing he felt was heat, the smell of burning hair, and anger. Pure rage. The emotion filter had been blasted from his neck, it landing on the floor with an inaudible thwamp. Izu turned and punched, sending the person back. He stood glaring down at a surprised Bakugo. He reached back and felt his hair, it had been burnt, making it short, the rest had been burnt away. Overloaded with his own rage and Bakugo's, he wanted nothing more the to beat him, but he was quickly stopped with a simple hand and the feeling of safety rushing threw him.

"Bakugo attacked him first sensei!" Kirishima called out, Izu finally getting a hold of his own emotions, weaved on his feet, pressing a hand to his forehead. He looked up at the teacher expecting Aizawa, but was surprised to see...

"Dad?" He asked weakly, the class froze. Yamada glanced at his son.

"Staffroom for you." Yamada said, he turned to Bakugo. "You'll be coming with me to the principal's office. We don't accept attack other students with quirks in the classroom." Before Bakugo could say a word, Izu was out of there, trying to rein in the rest of his bubbling emotions, at the same time, crying seemed like such a good idea. Which didn't help as when he entered the staffroom and Midnight saw his burnt short curls, she rushed over and hugged him, which made him breakdown in tears. Relief washed over him, he was sat down, Aizawa wrapped him in his sleeping bag and a cup of coffee was made.

~~~~~~
With Nezu lecturing Bakugo, and Izu calming down with the staff who didn't have classes, Yamada returned to 1-A to get on with their English lesson. He wasn't expected to be bombed with questions like he was when he entered. He quickly calmed the class.
