Adventuring in the night is always thrilling.
It's dark, but the farther into the city you go, you see lights.
They're everywhere.
Lining the streets atop posts, inside shops (be them open or not), lighting up billboards.
This makes me feel good n' strange.
1.) it's so beautiful at night
2.) but shouldn't more of the lights be off?
I mean it's nice having them on, but wouldn't it lower the electric bill for the shop owners if they turned off their glowing neon signs at night?
It isn't like the drunken idiots staggering home will recognise the after-hours advertising, they're too preoccupied trying not to piss themselves while stumbling over to their cars.
