Name: Healer's Touch
Type: Emitter
Ability: The user can heal anybody by touching their scars, wounds, or broken bones.
Strengths: Can heal at a fast rate and possibly cure the wounds fully if they are not too serious. (Somewhat like Recovery Girl)
Weaknesses: The user's quirk is effected on how healthy the user is themselves. Physical, mental, and hygiene must be kept at a healthy level. Healing transfer must be skin to skin.
Fault: If the user goes beyond their limit of healing (up to you what is their limit, I chose 50 for my OC) They might get inflicted with one of the damages the user healed from someone. Ex: the user healed 12 people out of 56 that had major scars on their body, they might slowly get scars on themselves because the user took the victim's pain away.
