My mind and thoughts are like a cyclone
Just spinning
Around and around
No beginning
No end
Just a continuous loop
Of thoughts of what has been
And what is happening
And what will be
It's like one of those
Mesmerizing spinning tops
If you look at it too long
You'll get dizzy
And your head will start to hurt
That's what it's like for me
Every day
Anxiety ridden thoughts
That are
Out of my
Control
