Happy Birthday, You! Seeing you every day is my main source of happiness, alongside best muse girl Maki of course. You're my main motivation to play the game every day, to save up for you. I don't really have much to share except my story with You, which goes a while back, and I would like to share it with you all.
The story how You actually BECAME my best girl was not a very meaningful and long one. In fact, it was stupid. Originally, my favorite was the fallen angel herself, as I felt she had the most complex personality and the best design. You was one of the people I liked, but not my favorite. However, after I found out she won the center poll, I was like '...her? Well, she has to be nice then.' From there, I guess she eventually grew on me.
When the KoiAqua PV just came out, I FELL IN LOVE WITH HER OH GOD JUST LOOK AT THOSE GORGEOUS EYES HOW DOES SHE EVEN-

I mean the aesthetics. Her design. It's so simple yet she's so cute. She didn't look like someone who stood out, but she did to me. And the KoiAqua outfits were so pretty too, and remain my favorite until today. And from there I could declare You as my best girl.
When the anime started, I realized how supportive and kind You was as a friend, although she wasn't very opinionated, which became her fatal flaw later on. I saw You in myself, always trying to do her best for everyone, and enthusiastic about her passions (uniforms for her, drawing, anime and personality tests for me). We get really excited to talk about it. Difference? People don't listen to me as much. And we're either really quiet or really loud.
When You's episode came, I couldn't help but feel every emotion she was, because I knew. The experience she had was a splitting image of mine.
Several years before, I had a best friend. She was Japanese, and we were really close. We could be called childhood friends, I guess? We're in the same school since I was 11, and we were close. We even talked about Love Live too.
The problem was, we fell out. We never actually fought. It just happened. Like, the day before we were chatting and laughing and the next day she avoided me. Just like You, I was extremely disappointed that my best friend would rather seek help from the guys in my class rather than me. There was also this one friend, who could be called the 'Riko' of the situation, except that she was manipulative and clingy. We both had suspected that it was because of this friend that we fell out. Now we aren't best friends, but we're still acquaintances though.
Both You and I were extremely similar; we bottled up our emotions, tried to make everyone happy, and yes, we do get jealous. But unlike me, You was strong. She still managed to face everything with a smile despite not even being happy, while I would go all moody and avoid people for days.

You was basically everything that I wanted to be: good at everything, always smiling, passionate, cheerful, and an amazing friend. She also made me feel good about myself, as she had a slightly bigger body than her yearmates, and I'm not really that light too, but I'm not heavy.
She is beauty, she is grace, she will throw you over your shoulder and the floor will slam into your face. That said, I wish this beautiful, eternally smiling, loyal girl a very happy birthday.
