The One That Seemed Small
(A Sonnet)
The one that seemed small, who was?
Started from the tiniest versions, all of us
The one behind this poem, yes, this one
and the one whose eyes on it right now
The one that seemed small believed
With hope, rough course in life is filled
The one that seemed small believed
To grow, settling is not in need
He saw the dream he had for him
He saw that dream which went like this:
The one that seemed small who go
Beyond his reach he caught great things
Someday or soon somehow, will be
As big enough as he can be.
