Escape the Darkness

The Darkness

  It comes out of no where and its hard to fight. You try to run away but it follows you everywhere. By now you have lost your breathe and your trying to regain the strength. But as you are catch your breath, it sneaks up behind you and now your trapped. You turn to face it and you can't speak, you are in shock of what you see. At a lost for words and no way out, you break down. The darkness is the master now and you wonder what you did wrong. Sometimes you think of what it could be like if the darkness wasn't there and you were back in the light. You question to yourself where the light has been this whole time. You end up back at the house sitting on the couch thinking over and over again about your life. Looking at the clock and wondering when the sun will shine again so you can be free. As the night goes on, you hear a voice down the hall that sounds familiar to you. But the darkness come through the door and stops you from exploring what's there. So you just sit there and wonder what is next for you and where your going to be. You head to bed to rest and pray that the night ends soon. As you tuck yourself in and get cozzy, the darkness is making it hard to sleep. You try to turn on the light and it shuts off so you can't see anything.
