Chapter 1: The Party Has Only Begun

"Hey, Sophie can you come over tomorrow at Everglen," Biana said, too late in the night for Sophie's comfort, her beautiful face shining on the silver Imparter, not a hair out of place.

"Sure," Sophie said curiously.

"The boys, Marella, and Linh are going to come as well," Biana said

"Also it's going to be a week-long" Biana adds

"BIANA," Sophie warned, " This sounds like a celebration,".

"Maybe it is" Biana cackled. "But how could you forget- Fitz graduates TOMORROW"

"Dad" Sophie called down from her room

"Yes, Sophie?" Grady, Sophie's adoptive parent, called back.

"Biana asked me over tomorrow for a week since she is going to graduate tomorrow," Sophie said knew not to mention Fitz's name or she would probably need to have another "boys" lecture- that would make the third this week.

"Sure," Grady said " Just be careful.

"Thanks" Sophie sighed as she sank into the comfort of her bed.

"We're so glad you came" Alden and Della said.

"It's my pleasure," Sophie said

"Hi, Sophie" Tam, Biana, Keefe, Fitz, Dex, Wylie, Linh, and Marella beckoned.

"Since it's my graduating party let's play a human game," Fitz said, "Truth or Dare, spin the bottle or 7 minutes in heaven". Sophie lay out the rules for each game.

"Truth or Dare," Everybody chimed

"Let's go to my room," Fitz said as we followed him. "Do me, I'm up for any dare," Keefe said

"Okay, since you asked for it, I dare you to kiss Biana," Fitz roared in laughter while Biana was pink and smiling.

" C'mon, Fitz" Keefe groaned "I'm doing this privately".

"I also want you to do this in front of us" Fitz finished

"Ughh," Keefe said. He bends toward Biana and kisses her gently. Biana kisses him back. She had shown affection toward him for a while.

" Now Mr. Wonderboy, I dare you to kiss Linh in front of us," Keefe cried with revenge. Sophie was angry at Keefe, Fitz was BLUSHING! He bent down and kissed Linh. Linh was surprised and Tam was confused.

"Ok, I dare Tam to kiss Marella," Fitz said as Keefe high-fived him. Tam kissed Marella, who was red, with only a small hesitation. It was a gentle one Marella will probably never forget.

"I dare Dex to kiss Sophie," Tam said glaring at Fitz. Dex kissed Sophie again which was kind of nice. Sophie was blushing. It was nice to rely on him.

"Ok, I dare Marella to do whatever Wylie chooses you to do," Dex said

"Hmm... I dare you to carry a person of your choice back and forth 5 times in Fitz's room" Wylie says. Marella scoops up Tam, blushing, and carries him around slowly as if she wanted to keep the present in place forever.

"It's late so everybody please go to sleep," Della said

"Ok," we all chimed. Sophie was the first to go to sleep.
