I heard the rumors but I didn't want to believe them "Luna!" I heard but I kept walking down the road the person has been following for at least 5 minutes I ran into something or should I say someone "What the hell is your problem?" He asked me but I couldn't face him "Nothing" "Bullshit I know you better than anyone, tell me," he said I stayed quiet "Luna?" "Neji, don't worry I'm perfectly fine" "Bullshit. Stop lying to me!" I flinched he has never raised his voice at me no matter what "I'm leaving" I told him not looking up at him "Wh.." "I'm leaving," I said again "I saw you..with her," I told him clenching my fists "Sh..She for.."*slap!!* I hit him square in the face for trying to lie to me "BULLSHIT HYUGA! YOU WERE ON TOP OF HER!!" I said glaring at him trying to fight back the tears he just stared at me in shock "YOU PROMISED ME! YOU BROKE THE ONE PROMISE THAT MEANT EVERYTHING!!!" I shouted at him he took a step forward but I punched him in the gut making him fly back I watched him slowly stand up "I'm leaving don't follow, don't even look for me" I told him taking my Leaf headband off and tossed it to him before walking away to who knows where...

PRESENT

"Mystic" I didn't move from my spot on the roof watching the sunset the person came and sat beside me but not too close "Are we done?" I asked him not moving "Yes," he said, "Then I'll head h.." "Why don't you come to have dinner with me tonight?" He asked softly "I'm sorry Kazekage, I must g.." "You haven't eaten all day," he said standing up he was right we have to deal with papers and little missions around the village all day "Alright," I said not wanting to anger him not out of fear but respect for him. We both get covered in his sand and re-appear on the ground just out of his office Normally he uses his sand to get home but he didn't tonight I didn't question his choice but just followed him down the road. Once we got to his house we heard Temari and Kankuro fighting about something which made Gaara sigh before he opened the door "Hey Gaara!" Kankuro said running up to him before getting behind Gaara and myself like a chicken shit "KANKU...Oh hey, Gaara and...Mystic!" Temari said smiling at us "Mystic will be joining us for dinner" Gaara said looking at his sister before turning to me "Make yourself at home I'm going to change" He told me before walking away I just nodded at him before walking into the living room with Kankuro. He took a seat on the couch as I walked over to the bay window that had the bench under and sat there looking out to the now night sky. I was so lost in thought that I lost track of time until I felt a gentle hand on my shoulder which made me tackle the person without knowing who it was I looked and see "Shit. I'm so sorry Kazekage" I said quickly getting off him and helping him up I heard a small chuckle and looked at him "It's fine and how many time must I say it call me Gaara," He said giving me a small smile "Dinner is ready," Temari told us we both nodded and walked into the kitchen. I sat there quietly while the siblings were talking "So I heard Leaf Ninja are going to visit" that made me look up at Kankuro "Yes, they will be here in the morning" Gaara said, "Why?" I asked but it came out harsher than I meant it to "To help with some of the missions since we are short on Ninja" Gaara said looking at me. The last Rouges that attack the village were strong and took a good bit of our ninja out. We finished dinner and I helped Temari clean up before I said bye to everyone and started walking to my home. It is only 5 houses down from their house I had to be close to being Gaara's assistant.

My home was small but homie. I had very few pictures but I did have some of myself and the Sand Siblings over the years that Temari took. I walked up to my bedroom and turned the light on I had a queen bed, a dresser, and a desk, and a nightstand. I had two pictures in this room one was on my desk it was when I was younger with all the rookies all but two I had ripped HIM and she out of the picture the other picture was of me and Gaara on the rooftop that Temari and snapped real quick not long after I became his assistant. I walked over to my dresser and pulled out a pair of short black shorts and an oversized tee-shirt then walked over to my bathroom and looked at myself my once long silver hair is now super short and black my once bright green eyes now look darker, duller, and lifeless
