The Nightmare in The Dream.

SHAY'S POV
I'm running, fast. I don't know why, but it feels as though my life depends on it. As I continue running through the dark forest. I begin to wonder why I am here in the first place. Then I hear her. A scream... begging... no a shrill. It doesn't matter what it was all I know is that I have to go and save her. I head to the sound of her voice and I finally get to the place where I think it's coming from. I see a shadow standing in front of me holding her as he is laughing. He throws her body to the side. "Shay! SHAY!!!!! GET YOUR LAZY ASS UP FROM BED YOUR GOING TO MAKE US LATE!" I woke up in a cold sweat and to the sound of my alarm going off and to her screaming at me to get up. She comes and peeks her head in the door. "Good, your up and you need to hurry! We're going to be late!" "Be late? Be late for what?" I asked. She looked at me and giggled and gave me the seriously you don't remember look. "We are going to be late for school!" She said it promptly and that made me get up. "Bye~ Bye beddie," I said. She laughed and I did too!. She left the room and headed downstairs
As soon as she left I let out a sigh and went and got ready for today. At least she's safe and sound. It was only a dream Shay. Your starting from a blank page now. Today is a new day at a new school and no one knows who you are. It is going to be okay. Your going to be okay and she is going to be okay. You both don't have to fight to protect each other anymore. It's your junior year you should enjoy it.
You allowed the thoughts of your dream wash off you with the water of the shower. The steam clears your thoughts and you begin to relax. You soon step out and get dressed for the day. As you get ready to head downstairs you glance one more time at the mirror then you head down. "Finally, your here! I've made you breakfast you can eat it on the way! We got to go!"
