"It has not been that long." I said laughing too.
"It feel like it." She said coughing.
"What you been up to?" I asked cracking an egg.
"Nothing much. Have you talked to Kareem?" She asked me. Me and Kareem got into a argument a while ago and we're not speaking to each other.
"No. Not since the argument." I said yawning.
"You need some sleep." She said laughing.
"Yeah. Work got up day and night." I said seasoning the eggs.
"Is work the only thing?" She asked trying to get information on my love life.
"Yes mama. The only thing." I said laughing.
"I'm gonna have to call you back. Gina here." She said. I heard Gina in the back making noise.
"Ok love you. Call me later." I said hanging up.
Gina is my auntie. Me and her never seen eye to eye because she's fake and I can see right through that shit. My whole family praise the ground she walk on. Not my mom though, she never was like that. She just loved her because that was her sister. Big sister at that.
I was eating my eggs scrolling on Instagram. When I was done I put my plate in the sink and went in the bathroom to start my morning routine.
