Grayson walked away, angrily.
Katie rushed to get help and soon Kelsey was in the back of an ambulance, and Katie refused to carry on with school so she went with her, and didn't leave for the whole day. At around 11pm, the nurse came in with results from the tests.
"Before I tell you the results, you must tell me everything that happened, truthfully." She said.
Katie told her everything. That grayson had been hitting her, that Kelsey had found out, how kelsey confronted grayson about it, and how he had pushed her and made her hit her head.
"Ok. Now, we dont know if shes going to wake up." The nurse, told her. Katie's eyes welled up with tears. Not her best friend.
"Why?! Cant you help her?!? That's what you are here for!!!!" She snapped, out of sadness and guilt. She felt like it was her fault. If she would have left Grayson before today, this wouldn't have happened. Then it dawned on her. She actually left grayson!!
