Once upon a time – in the small rundown hollow of a shop – an old man was told he needed to make something amazing if he wanted to keep his shop. That was fifteen years ago. And, if you ask the people who lived nearby, they would say he DID create something 'amazing'.
The story goes that the man made a puppet, a puppet called Pinocchio. A puppet who didn't need strings or a puppeteer, a puppet who had his own thoughts, Ideas, beliefs. Many say that later, that same day, the man was dragged out of his desperate hovel of a house screaming, "Why did I make the puppet!? I made it to keep my shop. It was my boy, my living thing. I revere it – I want to cherish it and love it FOREVER!".
No one knows what happened to the puppet. If he ran away, was burned, or was picked up by some unfortunate child.
But we do know that everywhere that puppet goes, death follows...
