"Y/N!" I heard Mina yell across the classroom. "Can you help me with this question"
"Ashido!" Aizawa called back sternly, "proper honorifics must be used! Also, do not yell in the classroom!"
I sighed, then walked over as our teacher left the classroom. Mina was grouching about a worksheet we have in mathematics.
"Why do we have math?" she complained, "I hate it!"
"I mean, I agree it's hard," I admitted, "but it is useful."
"Come on, Y/N-chan, complain with me!"
"Let's just work on the questions."
"Agh!" she whined, "I wish it was still the school festival! It was so relaxing then!"
In a way, I agreed. After going through rehab for one more week, I was discharged, but with a limit. I have to use crutches and wheelchairs, and I have to go through some exercises daily to make sure my muscles strengthen. That was after the festival, and I recalled happily the fun we all had that night.
Obviously, school doesn't have mercy with fun things.
"Everyone," Aizawa said sternly, "back to your seats!"
After class, he called me to his office during lunch.
I walked nervously among the teachers. Most patted me or offered to help me with walking. I declined politely.
"Prompt as always," Aizawa said, "Y/N, I need you to do something."
"What would you like me to do, Aizawa-sensei?" I asked.
"You will need to take the supplementary classes for your license," he said, "since you were in the hospital at the time of the test, we were considering making you take the test next year, but your father convinced us for you to take the test with those who have failed."
"Dad?" I questioned. Endeavor would do something like that for me even though he practically disowned me as a child?
"Yes," he said, "can you take the lessons on top of all of your catchup and current work?"
"Yes, I can, Aizawa-sensei," I said, "I want to take it, and I can."
"Don't overexert yourself," he warned, "there's always next year."
"No, I can," I promised, "I will make you proud!"
He grunted, and I left. I rolled myself down the hallway, unsure if I could keep my promise to my teacher. Can I actually take the test?
I spotted my brother as I rolled down the path. "Hi, Oni-san," I said.
"Y/N," he said, and helped push me outside. We sat by our dorms, near a fountain. Two lunch boxes were stacked on his lap.
"Here," he said, and helped feed me. I shrugged off his attempts.
"I can eat by myself, don't worry!" I said. My hands shook as I gripped the chopsticks lightly. Todoroki laughed and helped me against my will.
As we ate, I smiled up at him. "You don't need to help me all the time," I said, "go and hang out with Midoriya-kun and Uraraka-chan. I can take care of myself."
"No," he refused, "I will help you get better, no matter what. I'm not leaving you."
I wondered if it was because he ignored me for a long time while he was in his rebellious stage. It's probably because of that.

Lunch was blissful, but we had to go back to classes. Yaoyorouzu offered to wheel me to the hospital to visit Azami, but I refused. Even so, she still got me some food to bring and gave me some money despite my refusal. I thanked her for her support.
