SCARLET
Ibinaba ko ang bag ko sa damuhan at humiga dito. Sa tabi ko ay isang lalaking matagal ko nang gustong makita.
"Hello." Nginitian ko lang ito at maya-maya pa'y humiga rin siya sa aking tabi. "Scarlet namiss kita."
"Hindi mo ba ako namiss?"
"Naisip ko totoo ba ang mga reincarnations?"
Tinanggal ko ang headphones ko upang mas marinig pa ang kumakausap sa akin. "So? What will be your name if you have the chance to be reincarnated?" Tinitigan ko siya. Pero hindi ko pinansin dahil mukhang ang random ng question niya sa akin.
"Scarlettt~"
"Can you please shut up? I'm trying to appreciate the music!" Sabi ko sa kaniya. Isinuot ko ulit ang headphones ko sa aking tenga. Nakita ko ang pagbuka at pagsara ng kaniyang bibig na tila ba may sinasabi ito.
Tsk. Bahala siya jan. It's not like we've fought but I'm just.. being myself. Besides sanay naman tong si Cyan. Cyan's my boyfriend. And we've been together since 4th year. I love him so much and he loves me despite of my attitude.

The sky is beautiful. The way the clouds hide some parts of the sky seems to be perfect than every other day. Hindi masyadong mainit ngayong araw. It's a perfect day for a picnic.

Tinanggal ko ulit headphones ko at tumingin sa kanya. I love his eyes. I love how it sparkles when his laughing. Nakatingala lang siya sa langit at hula ko'y nag-iimagine na naman to. Iniba ko ang posisyon ng pagkakahiga ko sa damuhan at humarap sa kanya.
Nang maramdaman niya ang paggalaw ko ay napatingin siya sa akin. He stopped when he looks at me. I bet he's shocked. We stared at each other for a while before i speak.
"If I would be reincarnated, I would like my name to be Crimson." I said, not breaking my stare at him. He blinked few times before looking at the skies again. He chuckled by hearing what I said.
"Still red huh?"
I smiled. Still red, indeed. And I would like his name to be Indigo. I know it's not a good name but it's fit with Crimson.
"Don't you like it?" I asked him.
He quickly turned his gaze into me with creased forehead.
"Who says i don't like it?" He said.
Bumangon na siya mula sa pagkakahiga at umupo. I watched him comb his hair with his hand and dude that was really hot. Inabot niya sa akin ang kamay niya para ako naman ang makabangon.
"You should go now. You still have classes to attend." I smiled at him. I can cut my classes and stay with him for a while. I may not know that this is maybe the last time that i get to see him.
"I still want to stay with you, Cyan."
Cyan smiled. A sad smile formed by his lips. He touched my face with his hand. I felt the cold sensation when he held my face. He's wiping something.
